With the emergence of big data technology,data has become an important information asset.Only by improving the information processing capability of one’s own enterprise can we conduct effective research and strengthen management of market information.The use of big data information to conduct statistics,analysis and mining of massive data can make the information assets in the business process of the enterprise effectively use in the performance management process of the large enterprise,and let the big data information assets play a role in the enterprise’s strategy and decision-making.higher value.Under this background,how to apply big data technology to the performance management is a major problem for enterprises.Based on big data and performance management theory,this article takes Company Z as a typical case to conduct a case study,outlining the specific implementation of performance management in the company.On the basis of obtaining real research data through a questionnaire survey,it is found that Company Z has certain weaknesses in the four main aspects of performance management,including performance planning,coaching,evaluation,and feedback,especially the unclear performance indicators There are many problems such as lack of pertinence and unscientific performance evaluation cycle and process settings.Behind these problems,there are many deep-seated reasons,such as the low level of attention paid by the senior management,the lack of innovative awareness of the performance management team and the awareness of actively promoting digital reform,and the low status of the company’s human resources department.This paper holds that company Z should take the establishment of perfect performance management system,index system,communication management platform and early warning system as the optimization goal,and make full use of big data technology,Start optimizing from the four aspects of performance management work in order to solve the exposed or hidden problems in the implementation process of performance management work.At the same time,from the organizational structure,IT technology,staff training and process design to provide comprehensive protection for the implementation of the above optimization measures.
