| Talent revitalization is the key to rural revitalization,and new farmers,as an emerging group carrying out agriculture-related entrepreneurship,bring new vitality and positive changes to the development of the three rural areas,while playing a positive role in enriching agricultural business,changing the rural landscape and promoting industrial integration.However,due to the individual differences in entrepreneurial motives,there are problems such as weak profitability and diversified dilemmas in the process of new farmers’ entrepreneurship,which make it difficult to enhance the effectiveness of new farmers’ entrepreneurship.Based on the above background,this paper focuses on analyzing the key motivations that affect the entrepreneurial performance of new farmers and proposes countermeasures to improve the entrepreneurial performance of new farmers,and the research has important practical value.Based on this,this paper investigates the relationship between different entrepreneurial motivations and entrepreneurial performance of new farmers based on 205 microscopic research data of new farmers’ entrepreneurship in Shaanxi Province,guided by entrepreneurial motivation theory,entrepreneurial performance theory and organizational learning theory.First,the article reviews the theories and literature on new farmer entrepreneurship research,entrepreneurial performance,entrepreneurial motivation,and entrepreneurial learning at home and abroad;second,it summarizes the theoretical basis of the study and draws on existing research results to define the connotations of new farmer entrepreneurship,new farmer entrepreneurial performance,new farmer entrepreneurial motivation,and new farmer entrepreneurial learning;then it analyzes the current situation of new farmer development,explores the potential problems affecting new farmer entrepreneurial performance,and Finally,combining the analysis of relevant theoretical foundations and literature,the corresponding research hypotheses are proposed,and the degree of direct influence of different entrepreneurial motives on new farmers’ entrepreneurial performance and the degree of indirect influence on new farmers’ entrepreneurial performance through entrepreneurial learning are tested through multiple linear regression analysis and mediating effect test,and finally,combining the empirical Finally,the results of the empirical analysis are combined with relevant policy recommendations.In summary,the findings of this paper are as follows: first,this paper classifies new farmers’ entrepreneurial performance into two dimensions: organizational performance and individual performance,and classifies entrepreneurial motivation into three categories:survival entrepreneurial motivation,growth entrepreneurial motivation,and value entrepreneurial motivation;second,based on regression analysis,it verifies that among new farmers’ entrepreneurial motivation,value motivation has a significant positive effect on new farmers’ entrepreneurial performance,and growth entrepreneurial motivation has a significant positive effect on new farmers’ entrepreneurial performance.Second,based on the regression analysis,it was verified that value-based motivation has a significant positive effect on the entrepreneurial performance of new farmers,while growth-based motivation has no significant effect on the entrepreneurial performance.Further analysis found that value-based entrepreneurial motivation among new farmers’ entrepreneurial motivation has a significant positive effect on new farmers’ entrepreneurial organizational performance,while neither growth-based entrepreneurial motivation nor value-based entrepreneurial motivation has a significant effect on new farmers’ entrepreneurial individual performance;Third,the results of the mediating effect test found that entrepreneurial learning played a partially mediating role in the influence of value-based entrepreneurial motivation on new farmers’ entrepreneurial performance,that is,value-based entrepreneurial motivation could indirectly influence new farmers’ entrepreneurial performance through entrepreneurial learning.And further analysis found that entrepreneurial learning also plays a mediating role in the influence of value-based entrepreneurial motivation on new farmers’ organizational performance;Fourth,from three aspects: increasing support for new farmers’ entrepreneurship,promoting the transformation of new farmers’ entrepreneurial motivation,and strengthening new farmers’ entrepreneurial content learning,policy recommendations are proposed to enhance the entrepreneurial performance of new farmers’ entrepreneurial activities in Shaanxi Province. |
