| Market competition seems to be the competition between product quality and product price,but its core is the competition of talents and management ability.Strengthening human resource management has become an important aspect for modern enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.Performance appraisal is the core of enterprise human resource management,which has a positive impact on the management level of the company.The traditional employee performance appraisal system only pays attention to the short-term work efficiency and task completion quality of enterprise employees,and lacks the consideration of the completion of enterprise long-term strategic deployment.Therefore,the traditional employee performance appraisal is difficult to help enterprises deal with the rapidly changing market competition environment.Because the Balanced Score card performance appraisal system can combine the macro strategic objectives of the enterprise with the performance of employees,and penetrate the strategic objectives into all fields and posts of the enterprise,it is adopted by more and more enterprises.Based on the theory of Balanced Scorecard performance management,starting from the macro strategy of M agricultural company,this paper uses the Balanced Scorecard to study the employee performance of M agricultural company.Firstly,through field investigation and questionnaire survey,understand the existing performance appraisal objectives and methods of employees of M agricultural company;Secondly,combined with the strategic objectives and Realization of M agricultural company,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of the existing employee assessment methods;Thirdly,combined with the results of the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the reasons for the inaccuracy of employee performance appraisal;Finally,the balanced scorecard is used to optimize the employee performance appraisal system of M agricultural company in order to help m agricultural company achieve its strategic objectives. |
