Impact Of Governance Mechanism Of Entrepreneurial Platform On Entrepreneurial Performance Of Start-ups

Nowadays,entrepreneurial platforms have received extensive attention from all walks of life because of their important role in entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship platforms integrate diverse entrepreneurial resources and provide entrepreneurial support services for start-ups,but few scholars have conducted research on entrepreneurial platforms from the perspective of entrepreneurial platform governance mechanisms.The entrepreneurial platform governance mechanism provides a guarantee for the standardized operation of the entrepreneurial platform,and a scientific governance mechanism,which offers high-class services,enables the entrepreneurial platform to better empower entrepreneurial companies.The purpose of this thesis is to study how entrepreneurial platform governance mechanism has influence on the entrepreneurial performance of start-ups.Among them,the entrepreneurial platform governance mechanism includes incentive mechanism,sharing mechanism,contract mechanism.Based on the possible influence of knowledge acquisition on entrepreneurial performance,knowledge acquisition is introduced into the research model to explore the mediating role of knowledge acquisition.With questionnaire survey,this study conducts an empirical analysis on the results of 213 questionnaires.The research results show that both entrepreneurial platform governance mechanism and its incentive mechanism,sharing mechanism,and contract mechanism all have a significant positive impact on the acquisition of knowledge resource of start-ups and their entrepreneurial performance.Knowledge acquisition has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial performance and plays an intermediary role between the entrepreneurial platform governance mechanism as well as its three dimensions and entrepreneurial performance.The research conclusions will guide the entrepreneurial platform to scientifically design its governance mechanism and focus on the quality of platform services,encourage start-ups to pay attention to the important role of knowledge acquisition and actively use the resources provided by the platform to serve their own entrepreneurial activities,which ultimately improves entrepreneurial performance.
