| Founded in 2009,YG is committed to providing pharmaceutical companies with professional services for drug research and development,with five subsidiaries serving more than 300 customers.With the vigorous development of the biomedical industry in recent years,the demand for drug research and development has been increasing,and YG’s business volume has continued to rise,entering a stage of rapid expansion.Further improve the R&D personnel training system,tap the inherent potential of R&D personnel,and form an excellent R&D team to meet the growing business needs.Through the investigation and analysis of the training system of R&D personnel of YG Company,it is concluded that the training system is not perfect,the collection of training needs is not comprehensive,it is difficult to be realistic,the curriculum setting is limited to instrument operation,job skills,etc.,and the training content is single;the training effect evaluation fails to truly reflect the impact of training on work performance;the training instructor screening and training has not formed a mechanism,and the training effect is difficult to achieve optimal.This paper uses the competency model as a tool to construct a competency model for R&D personnel of YG.On this basis,a training working group is set up,a concurrent trainer is set up,and the job responsibilities are re-divided;the training needs are collected through multiple channels,scientific analysis is analyzed;the curriculum categories are reclassified and the competency course library is established;the management of training instructors is standardized,and a variety of training methods are developed;the evaluation indicators are enriched,the evaluation process is sorted out,the effect evaluation mechanism is optimized,and the effectiveness of the training system is comprehensively improved,so as to provide talent guarantee for enterprises to gain competitive advantages. |
