ObjectivesTo excavate,collect,sort out and analyze Li Lao’s medical cases,treatises,reading books and clinical notes in the treatment of cancer diseases,summarize and summarize Li Lao’s academic thoughts and clinical experience in the treatment of cancer diseases,and explore Li Lao’s unique ideas and experience in the treatment of cancer.The purpose is to enrich the vast number of clinical medical workers on the treatment of cancer diseases and the collection and use of experience to provide a certain basis,but also to better inherit the famous old Chinese medicine expert Li Lao’s academic thought and clinical experience,Li Lao’s valuable experience to pass on from generation to generation,conducive to the inheritance,development and sublimation of academic.MethodsFirst,Summarize and summarize the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Professor Li Kongding in the treatment of cancer diseases through his medical cases,treatises,reading books and clinical notes.Second,this study collected Li Kong professor set between 2002 to 2010,basis for the treatment of malignant tumor,111 cases,330 first prescription,an electronic database established basis information using Microsoft Excel 2010,and will meet the criteria for the cases according to the unified,standardized format all entry,entry will include name,sex,age,time,clinical doctor visits,clinical manifestation,tongue,tongue coating,pulse condition,disease,syndrome and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine.To use "ancient and modern basis cloud platform(V2.3.5)" own "data mining analysis" function module,disease of TCM statistical treatment,age,statistics,statistics of syndromes,statistics,tongue statistics,statistics of tongue coating,single herbs frequency statistics,sexual flavour to statistics,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)attribute analysis,clustering analysis and association rule,from the Angle of the data reveal li old evidence-based medicine method and characteristics.ResultsFirst,This study excavates,collects,sorts out and analyzes Li Lao’s medical cases,treatises,books and clinical notes on the treatment of cancer diseases,and summarizes and summarizes Li Lao’s academic thoughts on the treatment of cancer diseases,It can be summarized as follows: 1.Cancer toxicity is the root cause of malignant tumors;2.cancer toxicity is the basis of Yin and Yang,Qi deficiency deficiency,Zang Fu disharmony;3.cancer poison induces blood stasis,phlegm dampness,heat poison,gas consumption Yin;Middle school,western learning as a reference.Clinical characteristics of treatment:harmonizing Yin and Yang,promoting the healthy and dispelling pathogenic factors,emphasizing the spleen and kidney;Detoxification anticancer;Long illness more blood stasis,when the method of activating blood;Combining traditional Chinese medicine theory with modern pharmacology;Make good use of insect drugs and drug pairs;Good use of herbal medicine in the treatment of malignant tumors;Combination of drug therapy and diet therapy;Combination of medical care,attention to health;Ear acupuncture.Second,This study collected 111 medical cases and 340 prescriptions of Professor Li Kongding in the treatment of malignant tumors from 2002 to 2010,and used the "data mining and analysis" function module of "ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.3.5)" to reveal the methods of syndrome differentiation and treatment and characteristics of drug use of Dr.Li from the perspective of data.The results were as follows: 1.The tongue texture and tongue coating were statistically analyzed.The tongue texture had a higher frequency of dark red,dark and dark purple,while the tongue texture had a higher frequency of thin and small moss,thin white,thick white,slippery white,greasy white and white fur.2.The statistical results of TCM syndromes of malignant tumors in this study showed that Qi and Yin deficiency accounted for 64.26%,blood stasis and toxin stagnation accounted for 35.25%,Qi stagnation and blood stasis accounted for22.23%,and Qi deficiency and blood stasis accounted for 6.58%;The statistical results of treatment showed that the first four most frequently appeared,namely,tonifying qi and nourishing Yin,clearing heat and detoxification,promoting blood circulation and detoxification,and promoting qi and blood circulation.3,through the Chinese traditional medicine prescription drugs frequency statistics and analysis,found that the high frequency of malignant tumor therapy mainly with licorice,radix scutellariae,atractylodes,hawthorn,fructus ligustri lucidi,salvia miltiorrhiza,the divine comedy,dangshen,poria cocos,big jujube,caulis spatholobi,radix asparagi,coix seed,radix adenophorae,spreading hedyotis herb,cortex phellodendri,barbed skullcap herb,rhizoma polygonati,rhizoma anemarrhenae,radix astragali,radix paeoniae rubra,fennel,yam,dwarf lilyturf,forsythia,acid-insoluble ash,pseudostellaria root,gold buckwheat,pinellia,sweet,and so on.4.Through the analysis of drug-induced taste channel,it is found that clinical treatment is multi-purpose cold and warm,detoxifying and anti-cancer,nourishing qi and nourishing Yin,attacking and reinforcing all the application,fueling and dispelling evil;Five sweet,Xin Kai bitter drop,chang qi;Return to the spleen meridian,pay attention to the spleen and stomach,care stomach qi.5.Through association and cluster analysis,it was found that most of the substances used in the clinical prescriptions were fuzheng,activating blood and detoxifying substances,and the spleen and stomach were attached importance to.6.Most of Li Lao’s prescriptions for the treatment of malignant tumors reflect the general principles of "nourishing qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and detoxification",but different cancers are slightly different in the compatibility of the prescriptions.For example,the most commonly used anti-cancer drugs for the treatment of lung cancer are scutellariae,golden buckwheat,white English,houttuynia cordata and soil poria cocoa;In the treatment of breast cancer,the commonly used fragrance,Buddha’s hand to relieve the liver depression,Pinellia pinellia,oyster,orange seed,aurantium aurantii;In the treatment of gastric cancer,the medicine of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi is commonly used,and then combined with the Divine Comedy Hawthorn to dissipate food.Treatment of colorectal cancer more compatibility of radix scutellariae,cortex phellodendri heat dry wet to wet poison;In the treatment of leukemia,there are traditional Chinese medicines with special features,such as Pseudocephala sinensis,Daqing leaf,indigo indigo and madder,which can clear heat and cool blood and stop bleeding.Treatment of uterine cancer,ovarian cancer,more compatible with seaweed,kumbu,soft and firm scattered knot,heat elimination phlegm.ConclusionsProfessor Li Kongding believes that the main pathogenesis of malignant tumor is the deficiency of the primary and the solid,the deficiency of both Qi and Yin,and the mixture of blood stasis,phlegm dampness and heat toxin.Therefore,the treatment methods of strengthening the positive and eliminating the pathogenic factors are as follows: nourishing Qi and nourishing Yin,detoxification and anti-cancer,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and protecting the spleen and stomach.The treatment of malignant tumors is to nourish Qi and nourish Yin throughout the treatment,pay attention to regulating the spleen and stomach,using syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,on the basis of syndrome differentiation according to the characteristics of the disease,often compatible with drugs with anti-tumor effect.Through the statistical analysis and data mining of 330 clinical prescriptions,this paper also reveals Li Lao’s academic thoughts and rules of drug formulation in the treatment of cancer diseases from the perspective of data.
