The Experimental Research On The Effect On Music-Electro-Acupuncture To IL-1,IL-10,TNF Of Rats With Acute Cerebral Ischemic

Objective: acute cerebral infarction belong to stroke in TCM. Stroke is a name of disease, originally from plain questions .It is a acute symptom harming to being life. So it is an important research subject in present medicine field about the mechanism and preventing measure of acute cerebral infarction.Methods: scalp point through EA were administrate on acute cerebral ischemic model by blocking middle cerebral artery of rat. But the difficulty is endure can reduce the cure. We detect the expression of IL-1,IL-10 and TNF in rat brain.Results: experimental indicated MEA can significantly reduce IL-1,TNF and improve IL-10 compared with EA.Conclusion: scalp point through point acupuncture with music electro acupuncture has the protective effect on cerebral ischemia injury, and the mechanism may be related to reliveing in flammatory response indured by cytokines. MEA is better than EA .It provided a new support for the treatment of acute ischemic cerebral vessel disease with acupuncture.
