This illustrates that only place culture soft power in the process of interaction and penetration between various elements of the organism, can we fully, correctly understand and grasp the essence of culture soft power and its development. To that end, we have to reject cultural determinism.Nowdays, the nations that occupy the commanding height of cultural development would have strong cultural soft power and be able to gain the initiative in the fierce international competition. Therefore, we must take advantages and learn lessons from developed countries and China's historical cultural evolution experience and take corresponding countermeasures to improve our cultural soft power according China's current situation, to promote the construction of socialist harmonious society, and to enhance the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
