Energy is an important material base for human-kind's existence and production. The history of the social development has the close contact with the history of energy being realized and used. Today, the energy resources and its exploiting not only influence the social civilization and economic development, but also strongly influence the international politics. This dissertation's purpose is to analyse the relationship between energy and the international politics, and to analyse the countries' energy strategy and their competitive context, therefore to make the China's energy strategy and protect the China's energy security.This dissertation is began with the scientific and economic analysis, then begin to probe the main countries and international organization's energy strategies. The result of the international energy competition lead to the development and changes of the world's energy geographic politics. After we realize the world energy's situation, we can make correct China's energy strategy and protect the China's energy security. The dissertation's structure is from easy to difficult, every chapter is an independent part, but they contact with each other closely, and this dissertation is whole organic unity. Above all, the energy issue belongs to economy. The decisive role of the energy to the society's economy is the premise and base to the influence of the relationship between energy and international politics, and it is also the premise and base for us to study "the Energy and International Politics". So the dissertation is began with the scientific and economic analysis. Looking back the history of the energy exploiting is helpful for us to analyse the energy with objective and historical views. The study of the relationship between energy and science and technology revolution, the relationship between energy and the social civilization, ,the relationship between energy and economic increase, the relationship between energy and international trade has proved that energy plays a decisive role in human-kind's lives, production and other social activities.The economy is the base of the politics. This theory is used to the relationship between energy and international relations. The role of the energy in the society's economic activities decides that energy will have strong influence to the international relations. This lies in this, energy is an important target in the international competition, even more, it is efficient and necessary means for countries to achieve these strategic targets. Energy in an important factor not only to the building of international politics structure, but also to changes in the international politics structure. The energy's roles in the international conflicts and wars are best evidences that energy can influence the international relationship directly, and the energy's price fluctuation have even longer and deeper influence to the international relationshipThe world's main countries and international organizations' energy strategies are the base to the influence of energy to the international relationship. Due to the limited space, this dissertation purposely chose the main countries and international organizations which have strong influence in the world's energy structure such as U.S, Russia, EU, Japan and OPEC. Because the countries and international organizations are different, the emphasis of analysis are different. The influence and the competition among the every countries energy strategy compose a colorful world's energy geopolitics map. The world's energy geopolitics map evolved from the Mexico Gulf times to the Persian Gulf times, and further developed into the new structure of the confrontation between the center and the border. The process of this evolution led to formation of world's energy heart belt and key energy geopolitics countries.
