Knowledge-based economy is a new economic form. Production, distribution and use (consumption) are the most important elements of social economic operation. Hie theory of corporate knowledge management is the crystallization of practice in using knowledge as the most important corporate resources to be managed efficiently, and is the powerful impetus of all kinds of corporation to meet the great challenge of knowledge-based economy. The goal of corporate knowledge management is the increment and innovation in knowledge. By means of knowledge innovation, the corporation is able to improve the ability of competition and realize sustainable development . This dissertation, on the basis of the theories of corporate knowledge, knowledge capital and organizational behavior, is to study systematically the connotation, technological process, framework, assessment, strategies and other essential factors of corporate knowledge management by combining the theoretic exploration with case analysis. The dissertation consists of seven chapters. The first chapter is an introduction . The second chapter discusses the theoretical basis of corporate knowledge management from three angles of management, economics and sociology. The third, fourth and fifth chapters mainly explore the technological process, framework, and assessment of corporate knowledge management, and by use of the technological process of corporate knowledge management as the main thread, to discuss the basic framework of corporate knowledge management from five aspects: human capital management, organization structure management, information technology management, corporate culture construction, and cooperative network management. Finally, the goals, principles and method of assessment of corporate knowledge management are proposed and an assessment index system of corporate knowledge management is established . The sixth chapter discusses the strategies of corporate knowledge management and proposes some countermeasures in corporate knowledge management in China . The seventh chapter includes a brief summary of what has been discussed in the previous chapters, and prospects for the development of the theory and practice of corporate knowledge management.
