The Research Of Integrated Supply Chain Operation And Logistics Management

As a new operation pattern for enterprise, integrated supply chain management will help enterprise construct and keep a long collaboration relation with key suppliers and customers in strategic layer. This is the integrated supply chain operation research foundation which enterprises expand exterior supply chain including suppliers and customers from interior supply chain. Logistics management is a part of integrated supply chain operation, and it could cooperate with supply chain operation from many layers including logistics execute body, logistics scopes and logistics functions So it is helpful for providing solution program for the integrated supply chain of enterprise from theory and practice combining the integrated supply chain with the logistics management to research.This paper analyzes supply chain source and evolvement, which is from two sides: one side is static industry chain and the other side is dynamic material flow, information flow and value flow base on enterprise chain. And it provides the concrete object for integrated supply chain to research through dividing integrated supply chain into lean supply chain and agile supply chain.Through relative analysis of integration theory, especially meaning and framework of management interface that is basic element of management integration, we put forward management interface integration principle and general process of supply chain integrating. Recur to interaction between the management interface and the information interface, we analyze management interface integration principle of supply chain and conclude three patterns from enterprise exterior supply chain. Base on above analysis, this paper also research corresponding principle, complemental principle, linearity increase and emerging principle of function.According to analysis of value flow, we put forward double-layer value flow model to integrated supply chain operation, which provides analytic tool to structural design of integrated supply chain. In economical stability analysis of integrated supply chain, we put forward dynamic mechanism model about supply chain, which explain the reason that the enterprises join supply chain with pleasure.This paper research sourcing operation management, production operationmanagement and delivery operation management in integrated supply chain, which is supported by management interface integration theory.According to guidance of management interface integration theory and characteristic of operation, this paper put forward the logistics integration system which analyze comprehensive logistics management through three-layer: logistics function, logistics scope and logistics execute body. Through entity and nonentity value action analysis, we emphasis on study on system operation of logistics in integrated supply chain.At last this paper exhibit the intuitionistic process about integrated supply chain operation in traditional enterprise and opportunity window enterprise via analyzing lean supply chain operation of WISC and agile supply chain operation of a famous manufacturer.
