The High-tech Enterprise's Competitiveness Competence And Vector Regeneration

As the global economy entering the knowledge-economy era, knowledge and technology have become more and more decisive to the development of industry and economy. The high-tech_enterprise that based on knowledge has become the basis of industry development. This is the main motility for a country to obtain a long-term competitive superiority, and also is the propeller of sustained increasing of social economy. During the latest decade, the governments, academic circles and press circles published a great number of research reports, academic works and data. Among them, the chief researches are enterprise competitiveness theory created by Michaele ?Porter, organizing-ability theory created by Chandler, Core Competence theory created by C. K. Prahalad, and the ability theory based on procedure created by Stalk. From the late 1980s and the early 1990s, the enterprise's competitiveness was studied in China. Generally, the enterprise's competitiveness research contains these aspects at present as follow: definition of enterprise's competitiveness, regional competitiveness, the source of industry and enterprise's competitiveness, the appraisal of enterprise's competitiveness, and the countermeasure of improving the enterprise competitiveness. In addition, as China entered WTO, the research about our competitiveness of every industry has been thriving as never before. For instance, there have been fairly ample researches in finance, agriculture, etc.So far, though there're many researches on enterprise's competitiveness in theory circles, yet few researches about the competitiveness of hi-tech enterprise can be found. This is because it hasn't been a long time to research about the subject of the competitiveness, and the social attention is just paid to the hi-tech enterpriserecently. Hence, to research the regeneration of competitiveness we should start the research with the source of competitiveness, different ways of vector reform, and those mistaken areas, at the same time we should also pay attention to the attribute of fission and divergence of competitiveness.According to some flaws in the researches about those aspects, we found profound and systematic analytic means should be introduced into, so we boldly put our experiences forward at the basis of researches about the competitiveness before, which is a main feature of this dissertation. The purpose is to improve the development of the research in the field.The multiple methods used in this dissertation are: dialectic analysis, standard analysis combined with practical analysis , rector analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis, static analysis combined with dynamic analysis and using this method comparably. These methods mentioned above are all for the research at the basis of following the rules of economics studies which all run through the process of writing this dissertation.The whole dissertation begins with the economy of enterprise and theory of competition, summarizing the economics features of hi-tech enterprise and dimension attribute of their competitiveness, analyzing different comprehensions including some distorted ones about the present Core Competence in the aspect of the industry-organizing theory, by which a set of well operational evaluation system is set up for the competitiveness, which meanwhile provide the basis for amounts and nature of the researches and decisions of objects in the practice of massive investment and merger. On the basis of the economic features and the evaluation of competitiveness of the hi-tech enterprise, rector and inertia in physics are introduced to vividly analyze and study the law of evolution and reproduction of high-tech enterprises' competitiveness.
