Research On Competitive Risks Of Hi-tech Enterprises

In this paper, we conduct research on theories and application of high-tech enterprises' competitive risk, which is related to risk theory, game theory, information economics and ecology. The paper mainly contains two aspects: one is the mechanism and principles; the other is the empirical study. We not only try to make the theory of high-tech enterprises' competitive risk perfect, but also try to offer the reference to the practice. The paper includes six parts:l.Enterprises' competition and competitive riskFirstly we discuss enterprises' competition under the condition of market economy, defines competitive risk theoretically; Then we analyze the formation condition and formation environment of competitive risk, and discusses the characteristics, functions and economic meaning of competitive risk; Finally we emphasize on the discussion of the rivalrousness and competitive risk during the growth of hi-tech enterprises.2.Hi-tech enterprises' competitive factors and competitive riskFirstly we analyzes 2 characteristics of hi-tech enterprises' basic competitive factors, namely pertinence and transitoriness, and points out that hi-tech enterprises' competitive factors include technological competitive factor, human competitive factor, cost competitive factor and service competitive factor, concretely analyzes the relationship between competitive factors and competitive risk and manifestation; This part displays that the essence of hi-tech enterprises' competitive factors is value competition, and competition locking-in is the key strategy to avoid competitive risk, then we builds up a relation model of hi-tech enterprises' basic competitive factors and competitive risk. From the point of external environment and interior condition of hi-tech enterprises' competition, we analyze outer derivative competitive factor, such as governmental function, capital market, industrial structure and so on, and interior competitive factor, such as organization structure, entrepreneur, social network and so on to influence hi-tech enterprises' competitive risk.3.Economic analysis of hi-tech enterprises' competitive riskAssuming that there is only one reigning hi-tech enterprise and 2 potential enterprises, we study their entrance, permission and RJV strategy under thecondition of 4 conditions where the reigning enterprise has constant cost advantage, unit cost advantage, quality advantage and unsymmetrical cost, and get that the reigning enterprise is willing to maintain the status by its patent technology; technology follower can participate in market competition by exploring substituted but low-grade technology; these two kinds of enterprises rationally choose their advantageous strategy by judging competitive risk. 4.Ecological analysis of hi-tech enterprises' competitive risk From the point of ecology, this paper introduces the notion of competition degree parameter to improve Logistic-increasing model, and sets up ecologic competition model of hi-tech enterprises, points out the growth rule; We mainlybuild up independent competition model, dependent competition model (which includes reliance-independency type, mutual independency type, independence-reliance type and mutual reliance type) and prey competition model between hi-tech enterprises, then discusses and explains the stability of the resolution of models. We especially analyze the survivorship status quo of general enterprises and high-tech enterprises, then discusses the preying rule, survivorship contrail and the bottle-neck problems of high-tech enterprises in China; Finally, employing competition repulsion principle of niche, we proves that alternate position competition and the foundation of hi-tech enterprises' ecological system are efficient strategy to prevent competitive risk, and provides concrete countermeasure of alternate position competition.5.The prevention and strategy of hi-tech enterprises' competitive risk Firstly we analyze the question of the status quo of hi-tech enterprises' competition risk, then based on the empirical stu...
