The contemporary era is a knowledge-based economy era. The character of knowledge-based economy that is the heart of human is humanistic. And culture management is the key to mobilize the most valuable resource of human enthusiasm and creativity in enterprise. From the point of view of economic development, economy-culture power has been becoming a sort of very important economic resource. The challenge of enterprise development is not only from pure economic field but also from ethic and culture filed with china's entering WTO. So that promoting enterprise's long-run development via culture power is a brand-new issue of enterprise culture, which is of important realistic significance to promote core competence and participate in international competition.The dissertation reviews of culture capital and enterprise development in view of spanning subjects. The dissertation puts forward that culture capital as a sort of non-economic element is able to produce tremendous economic value and straightway impel enterprise's sustainable development, in which main content is that system culture, innovative inspirits, inter-human trust and ecological ethics is the key and core element affecting enterprise development after adopting other subjects' research fruits.The dissertation discusses the function mechanism of enterprise system culture. China's enterprise reform is to establish modem enterprise system. To achieve the goal, we have to reconstruct traditional culture based on nature economy and planned economy with a firm hand, and cultivate late-model company system culture adapting to market economy.The dissertation analyzes that it is very important of entrepreneur innovative inspirits to impel enterprise development. Innovative inspirits is the core of entrepreneurship, and belongs to higher levers of enterprise culture, and is the most important non-economic element affecting economic indicator. Entrepreneurship is none but exploded at a certain extent, in which system arrangement is of most importance.The dissertation expounds inter-human trust is able to impel enterprise development. As exiguous economic resource, favorable relations among peoples and high sense of trust are able to advance working ability and economic benefit, and so greatly affect the scale and speed of enterprise development. The key of breaking China small enterprise size is to resolve the problem of trust resource shortage and inefficient structure in Chinese society.The dissertation dissertates the economic mechanism of ecological ethics functioning on enterprise development. Enterprise ecological ethics takes environment issues into account in view of culture and affects enterprise development in form of value idea. Being a strategic idea, sustainable development is able to integrate development sustainment andreasonable resource using.The dissertation checks up the main viewpoints by analyzing the case of Haier group that is the apotheosis of succeeding management making use of enterprise culture via creating unique enterprise culture.
