Teachers'thinking mode is a relatively stable manner to understand education as well as to solve problems concerning education during the process of teaching based on knowledge, education ideas and thinking methods. Teachers'thinking mode is determined by their living mode, and also the reflection of it, thus obtains cognitional and practical function. Knowledge, education ideas and thinking methods are key components of teachers'thinking mode. In the meantime, stereotyped thinking mode, which is featured by stable knowledge, systemic ideas on education and thinking methods, becomes inner mechanism of teachers'cognition and practices, corrects teachers'cognition and practices as well as determines not only the teachers'capacity and effect on realizing and solving problems concerning education, but also the scholastic modality. Thus, it is very significant to research on revolution of teachers'thinking mode.Currently, there are some existing problems concerning our teachers'thinking mode, as relying too much on experience, seeking certainty, emphasizing identity, obturation and mechanization. Those mentioned above could influent negatively on the quality of teachers'thinking and the ability to practice and block the improvement of teachers'way of existence, and then would go against the rising of scholastic quality, the implementation of education reform and the modern transition of schooling. All those negative manifestation of teachers'thinking mode mentioned above could be attributed to the following three aspects:the missing of senses on the first hand and the misplacement of senses on the other in the thinking level; teachers'disadvantages on frame, quantity and attitude towards knowledge and teachers'old ideas on education from the angle of component of thinking; and teachers'misused thinking methods.The times have inherent regularity on the thinking mode since education varies according to the changing of time, and so is knowledge, cognition, thinking methods. Actually, varied structures and attributes on knowledge, conceptions and thinking methods contribute to the change of teachers' thinking mode. To adapt to the contemporary situation, teachers must construct their thinking mode which manifest the spiritual context. Currently, Chinese education is undergoing fundamental reform. At first, people is paying much more attention on the abundance of knowledge content, the critical way of knowledge growth pattern, and the individuation, essence and value of knowledge. Second, people are paying much more attention on the lifelong, vital, diversified value of education. The equal dialogue between teachers and students, and the comprehensive, open, interactive, generative and procedural feature of educational activities are emphasized. Third, the openness, diversity and synthesis of the way of thinking are laid much emphasis on. Such changes not only challenge the current way of teachers' thinking but also provide opportunities and conditions for the change.In order to achieve the reform of thinking mode, teachers' must replace the experience, certainty, identity, obturation and mechanism oriented thinking mode with sensitive, uncertain, diversified, dialectic oriented one, thus, to explain education and implement education activities with dynamic, open and diversified, synthetic and complicated, dialectic thinking. The direct purpose of revolution on teachers' thinking modes is to raise their thinking quality, enhance their ability of finding out, anglicizing and solving problems, as well as capacity of self-development. And then improve education quality. While the fundamental purpose is to better teachers' living method, raise their living quality and then to achieve their self-worth. The ultimate value and the ideal state is to walk into free nature through the improvement of people's thinking mode and living method, and the advance of whole education life.The key of the reform of the teachers' thinking modes is not a simple change of thinking form, but the promotion on knowledge, education ideas, the thinking methods and the improvement of living mode. The current specific tasks for the teachers are to enhance knowledge attainment, increase knowledge reserves, deepen the understanding of knowledge and firm knowledge faith; they also need to update their concepts of education and establish the "specific person" concept of human education, the concept of the equality of teacher and student and the integrated and open activity view; meanwhile, they are expected to perfect their way of thinking, establish the technical value orientation which is beyond the "method" value orientation to realize the diversity and integration of thinking.The thinking modes are subject to the living modes and the thinking modes reform point to the living modes. Therefore, the most effective reform strategy is the subsistence-oriented strategy based on the survival environment of the teachers and teachers' living and caring for the survival of teachers' lives. The current teachers' thinking reform strategies are mainly epistemology-oriented, which have drawbacks like technicalization, subjectification and simplification. Subsistence-oriented strategy takes survival wisdom as its reform goals, life care as its reform content, self-renew as its reform path, life world as its reform field. In this strategy, the teachers'thinking reforms follow two basic paths:the slow transformation in daily life and the stable improvement in the professional life.
