The dissertation studies on the Scholar System of Renxu issued in 1922 and comprehensively analyses the great change course of the school system. The dissertation tries to give an overview of the school system and explore the fundamentals of the modern education development through the inspection of the system background, the design subject, the process of the system conflicts, text analysis, system arrangement, public opinion assessment, expert appraisals, local pilot, actual process and the representative case, feelings and memories of alumni group.Different classes strived for the goal that is to construct a modern school system suitable for the local situation and international education trend. Form 1902 to 1922, with the change of the political system, the education system went through the School System of Renyin, the School System of Guimao, the School System of Renziguichou, and the School System of Renxu. Finally, the School System of Rnexu realized the transition of the modern education system and at the same time realized the change from imitation from Japanese education system to studying from America. The School System of Renxu also indicated the accomplishment of modern education system and education reform. The "Six-Three-Three" System of the School System of Renxu stood the test of history and showed the vitality and adaptability.In the structure of "May 4th Movement" and New Culture Movement, the education realm showed a multi-cultural ecology. The disintegration of the feudal culture, the transportation and influence of the modern western civilization and the wars between the warlords and political instability created a free space for the culture and education realm. In this period, the education trends of thoughts were upwards, the education movement surged forward dramatically, the education reforms were in full swing, the educators made headway and the outstanding educator group emerged.The National Education Federation first proposed the draft of the School System of Renxu and formed a resolution through repeated discussion and careful research, and finally strongly promoted the Northern Government to implement the system as a non-government force. The National Education Federation devoted great enthusiasm in this complex historical process and was the most prominent strength to make great effort to form the School System of Renxu, which embodied the wisdom, foresight and historic mission.Compared with the previous three school system, the School System of Renxu made significant progress and had unique strengths on guild principles, overall structure, content, curriculum standards. It was an achievement resulted from studying from western advanced education theories and system, and fulfilling the social need. The implement of the School System of Renxu reflected the educator's enduring effort to explore a new way and marked the establishment of the bourgeoisie education system.The draft of the School System aroused great concern of different social classes and a warm discussion. The educators devoted great enthusiasm to the education reform and wrote comments on the new school system. At the same time, the education federation of different provinces also took an active part in the discussion of the School System. In fact, this gave wide publicity on the school system reform and made a diagnosis of the school system draft. Since then, establishing a new system was an aspiration of different social classes and was the trend of the times.With the heated discussions of the school system reform, the practice of school system reform was on the upswing. The pilot work was on process under the guild of the school system draft. The "Six-Three-Three" System of Zhixin High School in Guangzhou and the "Three-Three" System of Nankai High School were the most influential ones in the reform. High school affiliated to Southeast University set a School System Reform Commit to plan the school system reform and carried out elective system and credit system. The practice of education reform provided a solid basis for the formulation of the School System of Renxu.After the proclamation of the School System of Renxu, many schools explored to reform the school system by hiring famous teachers, innovating teaching theories, improving democratic management of school, stimulating student interest in order to establish a new school system and form the specialty. Under the influence of the School System of Renxu, the schools of different levels showed a booming new atmosphere and built a diverse, vibrant education system, which laid a good foundation to the primary and secondary education form 1920s to 1940s and created a large number of outstanding talents in the scientific and cultural fields.
