On the basis of analyzing and summing up the existing literature, the author has made connotation explanation and concept definition about higher vocational education, high-skilled talent, labor market, and coordinated development according to the research starting points of this thesis.2. The thesis has defined and analyzed the meaning, impact factors and present developing conditions of scale of higher vocational education; applied grey Verhulst model and BP neural network model to have an short term prediction on the amount of high-skilled talents of labor market supply and demand separately.3. By applying theories and methods of several subject discipline, this thesis has analyzed the basic relationship of higher vocational education's structure and labor market demanded structure, pointed out that the labor market demanded structure mainly decided by the industrial structure and technical structure within economic structure, the structural type of labor which was demanded is decided by the industrial structure, the structural level of labor which was demanded is decided by the technical structure, on present labor market conditions that buyer's market is predominantly, the structure change of labor which was demanded is caused by the revolution of industrial structure and technical structure will prompt the adjustment and transformation of specialist structures and level structures of higher vocational education.4. Under the instruction of system science thought, the thesis, for the first time, has led theories and methods which was used to analyze quality problems of quality ecology into to study the coordinated development of higher vocational education and labor market demand, has explored the quality ecosystem of higher vocational education, has put forward that it should be in the process of quality competence and coevolution of quality unity, enhancing its quality ecologicalniche constantly to accomplish the purpose of raising labor market demand satisfaction, that is to say, realize coordinated development with labor market demand system.5.
