The Theoretical Framework And Empirical Standard Of Sports Standardization System In CHINA

After Beijing Olympic Games, sport cause enters a new phase. The sports standardization work will have bright prospects. The construction of sports standards system is the assurance of sports standardization work and has important theoretical and the practical value. In the domestic and international literature, the sports standardization system has not been constructed or researched, therefore, the construction of sports standardization system appears very important.This paper referred the basic research results for standardization and researches on the construction of standardization system in industries and different realms. The goal is trying to build the blueprint of China's sports standardization system.This paper attempts to answer four questions:First, how to define the sports standards and its structure; how to define the sports standardization and its system. The second is the status of domestic and international sports standards. The third is how to build the framework of China's sports standards system. The fourth is how to implement the sports standard izat i on system.This paper based on standardized theory, management theory and used literature research, analyzing and induction, comparative research, and classi ficat ion methods.In the paper, firstly, the research background, purpose and meaning was described the theoretical study on sports standards system was summarized. Then the research proposal, methods and roadmap was defined. Analysis and discussion consists four parts:1. The necessity of research and development of a standardized system through the elaboration of standards, standardization, standard system concept, their structure and characteristics; and a comprehensive analysis of China's standards system, standardization organizations, as well as the overview of the development work of standardization.2. Described the relevant sports standards of foreign countries, and summarized the revelation for the development of sports standards in China; comprehensively reviewed China's sports Standards status and analyzed the existing problems.3. Elaborated the design framework for sports standards system and constructed the sports standards system through the analysis of objectives and principles of sports standards system.4. In-depth analysis of the sports standardized security system to analyze the objectives, principles and elements of the operating mechanisms, and refined and updated the operating mechanisms.This innovation of the research was reflected in the sports standard, sports standard system, the concept of sports standardization; it was the first time to comb and evaluate the sports standards; Compared with foreign sports standard system and brought enlightenment to China. In the context of the development of sports, the research built the sports standardized framework by using the system engineering methods and principles of standardization; Refined the operating mechanism of sports standardization to solve many practical problems in the implementation of sports standardization system.
