A Research On China's Standards System Of Sports

Build a reasonable and scientific China's sports standards system is a very important part in sports standardiztion work.So the author make an intensive study of the issue with the literature,experts survey,comparative analysis and logical analysis.The author considered that sports standard is the authority document to restrain the production and business behaviors of sports industry. All management standards are based on the technical standards.According to the standardization theory and the actual work of China sports field, the author considered the China' s sports system was consisted of three major parts:basic standards system,technical standards systm and management standards system.The author just build a system with new ideas but not provide the specific list of all needed standards.The new sports standards system is an open system which is not only the calssify of published standards but also give some proposals for the direction of future development.Accroding to the feedback and standardization theory, the system must be improved after 3 to 5 years.Major proposal includes three parts:First,there are many confidential issues in this field need to be discussed and studied,such as physical training and nutrition supplies.Second,the system is an open system,so the management department must concerned the feedback control.Last,Sports Standardization Committee and standard service are important.Committee could provide series service related sports standards includes provide timely and effective standards imformations with the high-tech and modern media.The standards servise will make the ues of the standards more easier.
