In practice of sports training, Analysis method was adopted by most of studies. With the development knowledge of training science, how to compartmentalize and how to assess the elements of exercise capacities are paid more attention in recent years. However, during the realistic competition, the power, endurance and speed of exercise capacities' elements are needed at the same time, and all enrolled into exercise synthetically. Therefore, it should be pointed out that exploring exercise capacities might obey the way of integrated thought.Exercise capacities is the key element for in Group of Speed Endurance Events (GSEE). The body shape, physiology and exercise capacities' elements of athletes are different aspects, which determined the whole exercise capacity. In other words, under same body shape,, the exercise capacity of athletes was determined by physiology and exercise capacities' elements.Complex Exercise Capacity (CEC) represented the characters of special sports events and athletes' personal traits. CEC is the impersonal, also is the one important topic in sports training theory. During training practice, we can treat power, speed and endurance as the main part of integrated CEC, and harmony, delicacy, flexible, balance, cadence and pace etc. could be looked as the complement parts of CEC. Any part of them is not exist lonely, and associated with others.This study was designed to invest the meaning of integrated CEC of endurance athletes. The main subjects is China elite rowing athletes, through 12 times different experimental tests during about 10 years(from 1987 Nov. to 2001 Feb.). Discussing by analysis, colligation and integrated of CEC.got the further knowledge of rowing athletes' CEC structure. The results are:1. it's very important to investigate the structure of athletes' CEC structure in both competition and training period, by this way, we could know the power, speed and endurance synthetically. Also could find the scientific cut way to improve the special CEC in different sports events.2. As two different study ways, analysis should cooperate with integrated tightly. The integrated of parts is beyond the added simplify.3. The integrated of three energy metabolism system in human body is the biological base of power, speed and endurance.4. The speed during competition is positive correlation with power out put, and the power is also the base of CEC.5. The experimental tests for Endurance athletes including Wingate test, Critical Powr test etc. the parameters are maximal power, mean power etc. we found that the mean power of current international class rowers are, men open 537+13W; women open 344 + 11W; men light 436+15W; women light 286+08W.6. power assessment is the best way to know the athletes' CEC structure and as the gist of carrying out further training plan.7. Rowing as one member of endurance events family. The method of integrated also could be used in other endurance events.
