The characteristic of value orientation of current Chinese moral education is"elite-orientated". That is to say, we have regarded moral education as transferring andinfusing some kind of ultimate value, that our aim has been to the realization of perfect moralsociety, and our task has been to cultivate higher transcended moral, bringing daily individualmoral cultivation into the aim of macro-society history. This moral education is an necessaryclaim of"party ethic"society, indicating the country's monopoly to choices to moral values andthe lack of school value choices. It induced more problems further in practice. Our reflectiveobjective will include that in the theory circle the value orientation of"moral domesticating"on moral education is"elite-orientated"too. "Good humanity theory"is the ideology foundation of "elite-orientated"value orientation on moral education. This humanity hypothesis makes an insuperable distinction among human beings and animals, trying to show human dignity and sublimity. However, it confuses humanities and human characteristics, denying human natures, dividing kindness and profit, soul and flesh, public and private in advance. This deadly limitation decides that moral education based on good humanity theory couldn't cultivate moral human beings. "Moral humanity theory"claims that perfect moral become the realization route of human meanings, making the pursuit of moral idealism absolute. Accordingly, moral education lacks due respects to human beings, and the function of moral education troubles the orientation of humanities education, quickening latter shrinkage and interdisciplinary. Moral isn't the only element of humanities, which there are many kinds of meanings. Moral isn't the main route to realize human meanings, but moral development will benefit greatly from"realization"and "attitude on taste of beauty"gained moral meanings. Humanity hypothesis should be transformed from"unification"to"complication". "Moral criterion foundation theory"is another ideology foundation of"elite-orientated" moral education orientation. We have believed that moral ideology rest with human design and implementation, which are from human rational plan. This Utopia into realization has led social life to be wholly controlled, impairing the freedom of human spirits. So moral education and life have separated, and admonishment and moral personalities have lost. Classical liberalism philosophy has restated the limitation of rationality, and it's impossible and disastrous to plan human society, from the standpoint of omnipotent rationality. Moral is a kind of creation system, which isn't in rationality category. Current research findings on game theory, history and life sciences have been to this point. Moral criterion should be transformed from"foundation"into"creation". Moral system levels regulated"value superiority"of high-level moral, logically orientating"elite-orientated"value orientation of moral education. Moral types theory inspiresus to know two types on moral education: "the saint moral and "the common moral",Theyhave different meanings, functions, effects, value inclinations and unnecessary correlations.They go their own ways. Moral value system will be from"levels"to"types". "Moving towards the modern society" is the background which the moral educationlocates in Contemporary China. The two big essential factors of market economy andresidential society constitute the theory frame of analysis on moral education. The non-market economy society's ethics characteristic decides that " elite-orientated " valueorientation on moral education has the historical rationality, and the market economysociety's ethics characteristic summons the moral education value orientation reforming.The market economy is one kind of true moral economy, the market civilization brings is theintegrity civilization, raises the transcendental morals.
