Since complementing the policy of reform and"open-door"policy, though great advancement has been scored in our country's higher vocational education, there still exist some problems ranging from the theory to actual practice, and especially country's higher vocational education system and training models remain still at the probing stage divided by a variety of opinions, which needs solving urgently. The article, based on the research achievement both at home and abroad and through long-time consideration, has formed a most new theoretical achievement of our country's higher vocational education system and training models.The main content of this article is as following:1.
