As the first station, Building discipline is the timelss and fundamental mission,because it is retated to development of college. Taking discipline cluster asthe core of building discipline, and cultivating the competeting advantage ofdiscipline cluster, as well as forming the core competition of discipline cluster,that is the long-time plan of developing college.Taking discipline cluster and it's system as the researching object, academicteam as the core, this dissertation has analyzed the self-organizationmechanism, expatiated the structure, function and self-organization relationof discipline cluster system, put forward the disturbed factors of effectingdiscipline cluster system core competence, discussed the competitive andsymbiotic relation between the different discipline in discipline cluster system,constructed the model of analyzing relation between academic team anddiscipline cluster system core competence, researched how to chooseacademic leader in building academic team process and how to usepsychological contract manage academic team, tentatively discussedacademic team governance by use of team theory and researched fruit ofcorporation governance, this is, the arranging system, supervisingmechanism and inspiring mechanism of academic team, at last validated theresearched fruit by use of demonstration.At first, this dissertation clarified the basic contents of discipline cluster, andthen analyzed discipline cluster system and it's composing factors, based onthese, researched the dissipative structure and self-organization relation,discussed the evolving direction and final cause of discipline cluster system,researched the competitive and symbiotic relation between every disciplinein discipline cluster system, analyzed the self-organization process ofdiscipline cluster system evolution, confirmed the main feedback-loop ofdiscipline cluster system, and deemed development status of college,academic team, development strategy of discipline cluster, matter andtechnology base, culture atmosphere, environment that college isin(micro-environment) are the disarranging factors, the quantity and qualityas well as work efficiency of academic team composing personnel, researchfunds and it's investing direction, the technology character and advancement direction of experiment equipment are the order-parameter in disciplinecluster system evolving process.Secondly, this dissertation clarified the contents, composing factors andcharacters of discipline cluster system core competence, based ondiscussing the contents, composing factors, the base of effective operationand performance of team, and researched the contents, personnelcomposing structure and the structure mode of academic team, discussedthe relation between academic team and discipline cluster system corecompetence, analyzed how to build and manage academic team, discussedhow to chose science leader of academic team, building process of academicteam and how to use psychological contract to strengthen management andcompetence of academic team, researched synergetic management ofacademic team and analyzed collaborative mechanism, methods and routeof academic team.Again, this dissertation tentatively discussed the academic team governance,analyzed the inspirit-supervesion and imspirit-restriction mechanism ofacademic team, considered that academic team naybe implement fully salarymanagement system, stressed three factors (that are expectation, workfeasibility and satifaction extent of every factors) to inspire academic team,paid attention to the combination of exterior inspirit and interior inspirit,strengthened academic team inspirit from five aspects (that are team position,team achievement, team culture, harmonization degree of team membersand inspirit of team members).At last, by means of analyzing inquisitional data, this dissertation discussedthe effecting result of different factors how to affect building discipline clusterand establishing academic team, accordingly demonstrated and supportedthis dissertation's research, supplied guidance for building discipline clusterand let it carrying through effective operational mode.
