With the globalization of economy and fast development of science and technology, enterprises have begun to adjust competitive relations strategically, turned from the antitheses competition to cooperative competition. Virtual enterprises, as the most important form of cooperation between the enterprises from different nations, are applied more and more widely by enterprises of various countries. While the performance evaluation of virtual enterprises is the significant means to optimize the structure and to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of virtual enterprises. Therefore in the exploration of virtual enterprises management reform, a set of systematic performance evaluation theories and methods is needed to provide the effective support. It is of great theoretic and realistic meanings for the development of virtual enterprises to study the theories and methods of virtual enterprises performance evaluation.On the basis of systematical analysis of related theories and methods about performance evaluation and virtual enterprises home and abroad, this dissertation summaries the features and styles of virtual enterprises, puts forwards the definition of virtual enterprises'performance evaluation, makes the demand analysis of virtual enterprises'performance evaluation from three aspects, including the characteristics of virtual enterprises'performance evaluation, knowledge map and the case study of virtual enterprise, therefore establishes the framework of virtual enterprises performance evaluation based on task performance evaluation, relations performance evaluation, prediction ferformance evaluation and metasynthetic engineering.The dissertation establishes a four dimensionality, three level evaluation index of virtual enterprises task performance, defines the index structure and evaluation criteria, proposes points for attention in the application of virtual enterprises task performance evaluation index, determines the weights of evaluation index based on compand multiplication method. The rough algorithm method and BP neural network are selected to make the task performance evaluation of virtual enterprises. On the basis of analyzing the concept of relations performance and its independence and composition, the relations performance of virtual enterprises is defined. Factors influencing the virtual enterprises'relations performance are analyzed. Seven potential variables, namely culture synergy, relations commitments, mutual prospective, information sharing, trust, communication and relations performance are chosen, and each observational variables and structure equation models are determined. Based on the comprehensive data processing, coherence effects analysis and testing of reliability and validity, the index system of virtual enterprises'relations performance evaluation is established, and the virtual enterprises'relations performance evaluation is made by 360 degree multiple evaluation method.The dissertation defines the virtual enterprises'prediction performance, establishes the model of virtual enterprises'prediction performance based on Markov chain. It elabrotats the basic factors the early warning mechanism of virtual enterprises'performance, discusses the operation process of early warning mechanism of virtual enterprises performance, puts forwards the risks prevention countermeasures of virtual enterprises performance.It analyzes the process of the metasynthesis engineering and the key factors of HWME, shows the structure and operation process of HWME-VEPE system, puts forwards the methods of opinion consistency, discusses the expressing pattern and its changing pattern of preference information, reveals the analyzing process of opinion consistency, establishes the metasynthetic engineering cross-feedback model based on phases.Based on the above studies, this dissertation takes the virtual enterprise set up by Shanghai Puluo New Energy Co. Limited as the empirical research object. It establishes the virtual enterprises'performance evaluation system, designs the hierarchy of virtual enterprises'performance evaluation system, states the functions of HWME-VEPE system, makes the performance evaluation of member virtual enterprises being chosen by HWME-VEPE system, and puts forwards the performance evaluation results and suggestions.
