With the ongoing research in applying theory of management science, the modes of corporate management also enter into a stage requiring corresponding cultural management so that the advance of corporate culture has become an important standard to measure the competitive strength of a company. Thus companies from all over the world are now looking for establishing advanced and tailor-made corporate culture. However, they are sitting in a complex situation manipulated by many factors from the stability of political environment, the change of economic environment and the innovation of technologies to enterprise size change and business strategy adjustment. As all these factors bring new requirement to their corporate culture, these companies must adjust their culture accordingly to satisfy such environmental changes.Diversity has become a definite trend of social development where diversified culture has also become an irreversible trend in corporate culture development. Enterprises are making great efforts to discover and study advanced culture from outside in order to find the cultural factors which will bring an overthrowing change to them. In fact, they have just ignored their own advantages when they do so.This paper reviews the history of corporate culture development, summaries the research findings in existing culture change and designs a new mode of existing diversified culture through current sub-culture studies with the effective use of positive factors in them.
