As the basic management method in modern corporations, more and more enterprisers and researchers both in domestic and foreign domain know Enterprise Culture is very important. A lot of existing researches also show that enterprise culture is an important and inimitable resource, and core competitiveness. A corporation gains a good performance for it. In recent years, more and more attention is paid to the impact of enterprise culture on enterprise performance.In order to understand Enterprise Culture profoundly, the author make an instructive exploration to the structure of Enterprise Culture and its effect on corporation performance with theoretical and empirical research methods.This research contains three parts.The first part. Study on the structure of china enterprise culture and its affecting factors. Firstly, Based on the former research literatures and other research achievements, the author made the China Enterprise Culture Questionnaire with psychology methods. Secondly, the author confirmed the eight-factor model of Enterprise Culture by exerting confirmatory factor analysis and the fit index is acceptable which can account for the model is steady and reliable. The eight factors include: normative management, organizational learning and innovation, mission and vision, team spirit, social responsibility, organizational identification, employee oriented, customer oriented. Finally, the author made research into these factors' impact on corporate performance such as corporate property, size, history and industry.The second part. Study on the relation of corporate culture and corporate performance. Firstly, the author applied institutional economics theory, social capital theory and corporate core competitiveness theory to analyze the corporate culture's impact on corporate performance. Secondly, the author probed into the corporate culture's impact on corporate performance through empirical research. Finally, the author set up an all-factor model about the relation of corporate culture and performance.The third part. Research Summarization. Based on the empirical research, the author made a deeper research into the eight culture factors' impact on corporate performance, set forth the research's limitations and made some suggestions about the future research.
