Although academia has done lots of research jobs in the fields of corporate culture and performance, which has led to many leading theories and meaningful achievements. Existing research shows that the corporate culture is an important resource for enhancing the corporate competitiveness. In recent years, more and more attention is paid to the impact of corporate cutture on corporate performance; how much changes can be brought to the corporate performance by the efforts made by corporate culture.In order to understand corporate culture profoundly, the author make an instructive exploration to the structure of corporate culture and its effect on corporation performance with theoretical and empirical research methods.Firstly, Study on the relation of corporate culture and corporate performance, Empirical studies proved that the relationship between corporate culture and performance. And found that eight factors of corporate culture were varying degrees impact on peformance indicators.Secondly, based on a careful analysis of the present construction situation of corporate culture and performance, it's found that still there are great deals of mistakes in the construction of corporate culture because the corporate managers have no clear idea about corporate culture's definition, structure and acting mechanism. For these resons, though the basis of the qualitative and quantitative analysis between corporate culture and performance, this paper then puts forward a new acting mechanism of corporate culture.Thirdly, on the basis of corporate culture and performance mechanisms,the author is taking full account of all the elements of the corporate culture affect the performance and giveing some practical advice on corporate culture construction,so that some corporations can use it for reference while improving their operational performance.Finally,Research Summarization. The author set forth the research's limitations and made some suggestions about the future research.
