In the 21st century, the business environment in the face of global economic integration, and fierce competition, the characteristics of the enterprises increasing complexity of the external environment. With the expansion of China's opening degree, competition will be further intensified, Chinese enterprises will face to greater challenges. Enterprise and competition among enterprises, will be reflected in the benefits of competition on core competencies.Improve the core capability to become the key to win business. The core culture is an important component of the ability of the competition .It plays an important role. Competition is a modern enterprise as an indispensable factor.
