Currently, vocational college education is moving to a new stage of system construction and connotation development from the traditional scale expansion. Improving the quality of talent training is the key to connotation construction, transformation and upgrade for higher vocational colleges. Quality talent training aims to improve not only the professional skills but also students’ ideological and moral quality. The 18th CPC National Congress pointed out that taking high moral values establishment and people cultivation is the fundamental task of education. Therefore, how to strengthen moral education become the core issue of higher vocational education’s reform, development and upgrade in the new period.This study was based on solving the problem of how to strengthen moral education in higher vocational colleges with the dilemma of hetero-organization in higher vocational college moral education as the starting point, tried to analyze the influential factors and internal logic of self-organization construction in higher vocational college moral education system, and discussed the target trends, constructing principles and strategies of self-organized construction for higher vocational college moral education system, with the case of moral education construction by Shunde polytechnic, so as to provide suggestions for the reform and innovation and system construction of higher vocational college moral education.The first part of this study (Chapter 2) started with the statement of the problem. By investigation, interview and observation, this chapter analyzed the current situation and the dilemma of hetero-organization on the moral education system construction for higher vocational colleges, based on the premise of realistic prospect of the moral education construction in higher vocational colleges. It also analyzed the performance of the dilemma and its causes and proposed that constructing the self-organization moral education system for higher vocational colleges is a necessary way to get rid of the dilemma, a basic way to drive self-development of moral education system and conscious response to connotation construction.The second part of this study (Chapter 3 & 4) analyzed the problem. This chapter was divided into two parts: theory analysis and case analysis. It systematically analyzed the theory and practice of self-organization construction of moral education with self-organization theory as the framework. The first part stated the whole trend, analyzed the factors and the mechanism by static analysis and dynamic analysis, and explored the possible ideas, internal and external factors, and internal mechanism on constructing the self-organization moral education system for higher vocational colleges. The second part analyzed the case of Shunde Polytechnic, showing the constructing process, practice and experience of its great moral education system, which generated theory from practice and used it to guide the new practice.The third part (Chapter 5) this study tried to solve the problem. According to the results of the theoretical analysis and practical investigation above, put forward the idea that the objective of self-organization construction of moral education for higher vocational colleges is to build a positive, efficient and long-lasting "moral education field". The principles and strategies were also discussed to provide reference for future practice.Finally the following conclusions were made after the comprehensive summary.First, the moral education construction for higher vocational colleges have been gradually drawing more attention, but there was a widespread dilemma of hetero-organization,. The causes to those problems were various, but the constraints of government policy and insufficient subjectivity in college were the main causes.Second, the moral education system for higher vocational colleges was influenced by a complex set of external and internal factors, the key factor is the mission of moral education.Third, Openness and differences are the basic conditions. The nonlinear function of cooperation and competition between variables is the basic dynamic. Chaos and generate are the objective of self-organization construction of moral education. Rheology and mutation is a basic way to develop the moral education system. General and specific analysis is the basic method of self-organized moral education construction.Fourth, Self-organization construction method is a method of integration, mainly by self-organization construction and hetero-organization construction as supplement, In the constructing process, Constructing strategies should achieve four changes:The first is the transition from teaching material system to teaching system; the second is the transition from teaching system to practice system; the third is to change the system from the practice to cultural system; the four is from the management system to change the governance system, which can make integration and advancement of all the internal elements, integrate "classroom teaching, practice experience, nurturing environment, education and management, subjective consciousness," into one, and finally form a moral field. |
