"Jump higher, attack stronger, move faster" is the truth of the winner of a high level volleyball competition. There is an important key of the base of jumping height、the rapid prototyping of offensive tactics and the root of the movement speed:The stability of the lower extremity. Special quality of volleyball requires no matter which position the athlete is in, movement and jumping ability are the most important. Volleyball movement patterns, and the function of the lower extremity hip、knee and ankle, are clqsely related.The three joint single-acting, linkage function and the stability of structure, is an important premise of guarantee basic technical movements. The flexibility and stability of athlete’s lower3joints can affect the tactics of the whole game in a large extent. Injury tracking study during the two processes of preparation for the Olympic cycle shown, in lower extremity injury factors of Chinese men’s volleyball athletes, in addition to training intensity factors, more pathogenic factors pointing in the direction of the muscle strength of lower limbs imbalance, poor proprioception function, trarsfer of kinematic chain not coordination, all these kinematics, dynamics and other factors are direct related to the stability of lower limbs. Therefore, this study through literature, expert interview, expert questionnaire, experiment designing and so on, take national volleyball team15and BUAA team16people as test objects, after statistics processing, select a set of evaluation method which is simple and easy to operate, to judge the lower extremity stability of the men’s volleyball athletes, so that predict lower limbs three joints damage and the possibility of the waist injury timely, and also to prevent and slow down the damage probability of anticipation significance.By using the method of expert interview and experimental verification, taking16athletes of BUAA who playing In the Chinese men’s volleyball league group B as the subjects. After eight weeks functional training, we took the experiment test data of the experimental group and routine group before and after8weeks for statistical processing and analysis, conclusions are as follows:1. Through factor analysis, coefficient of variation and correlation coefficient analysis, there are four categories of specific indicators for lower extremity stability tests:Isokinetic test, including dominant and non-dominant side of knee joint60°, LK(E/F)、RK(E/F)、KF(L-R)、 KE(L-R); proprioception evaluation, including Joint position sense active30°and passive60°, non-dominant side Joint position sense active300and passive60°; core tests, including1minutes sit-ups and Lateral Med. Ball Toss; FMS.2. In combination with characteristics of volleyball project and movement models, summarizes a set of suitable for volleyball players used for lower extremity on the stability of the body movement function training system.3. The experimental test data after training shows that the functional movement training system is useful to improve the asymmetry flexor and extensor muscle of athletes’lower extremity, and the asymmetry function of non-dominant side and dominant side.
