Study On The Development Of County Economy In The New Century In The JingGangShan Revolutionary Base

Jinggangshan revolutionary base areas "five counties and one city" is a major component of the Jinggangshan revolutionary base area, which include Jinggangshan City, Yongxin County, Suichuan County, Lianhua County in Jiangxi Province and Yanling County, ChaLing County in Hunan Province. Jinggangshan revolutionary base areas is a special area, since it is base areas, mountainous and poor areas. Ihe area is12,229.8km2and there is population of2,242,000in2010. The local GDP was290.8billion yuan in2010. The region is also underdeveloped due to a variety of reasons such as history and reality comparing to the other area in the central China and even all of the country. It’s backward is as follows:industrialization and agricultural modernization process being backward, information technology, level of urbanization being low, the size of the total economy being small, the per capita GDP being less, the level of urban residentsthe per capita disposable income and rural per capita net income less than the average level of the national, the province and the prefecture-level cities’average.The dissertation research methods are regional economics and economic development in Western theoretical point of view, and combining with the implementation of the central strategy of central China. The specific situation of Luo Xiao Mountain Area Regional Development and Poverty Alleviation planning are implements of this research in the introduction and first chapter.The dissertation is slected through finding the problems. The purpose of the study is to put forward the ideas and measures to solve problems through analysing background generated of the problem, the elements of the old areas, the foundation for the development, regulatory status and policy environment. The dissertation focus on economic social development and implementation of the coordinated development in the new century on Hunan provinces and Jiangxi province, as well as in Zhuzhou, Jian and Pingxiang City, comparing and empirical analysing the situation with Jinggangshan "five counties and one city" by summarizing the results of the regional economy and county economic development in Chapter Two, chapter Ⅲ, Chapter IV, Chapter V. The dissertation team carried out a more comprehensive analysis and demonstration and put forward the concept of becoming the old building area to "green red industry impotant development district, the advantage development area, harmonious beautiful livable living and travel happiness zone " This conclusion was achieved throug studying a series of questions, such as Jinggangshan County Economic Development "five counties and one city" poor geographic conditions, regional administration split, unbalanced institutional arrangements, coordinated development of poor linkage between the county, the average level of development blow than the country and the province prefecture-level cities.
