The Comparative Research On The Self-Construction Of The Parties In Power Of The Socialist Countries Of Our Times

In the condition of the economic globalization and information technology,, with the further development of the reform and opening-up in the socialist countries of our times, the economic society being in transition, the structure of the economy, industry and class have all experienced major changes. The Self-Construction of the party in power is faced with many new conditions, problems and challenges, so "what kind of party do we want to construct and how should we construct the party" have become a major problem which need to be solved urgently by all the parties in power of the socialist countries of our times and have become a hot problem which people pay close attention to. In order to improve the scientific level of the self-construction of the party, the party in power of the socialist countries of our times have continued to explore both in theory and practice and taken many new measures. In order to summarize the experiences and lessons, push on the self-construction of the Communist Party of China and improve its scientific level, this thesis systematically does research on and makes comparisons of the problems in the self-construction of the parties in power of the socialist countries of our times.In addition to the Introduction which introduces, compares the research on the significance, academic summary, framework of the structure and method of the self-construction of the socialist countries of our times, the thesis consists of four parts:Part1The Comparison of the Ideological Ecology of the Self-Construction of the Party in Power in the Socialist Countries of Our Times. It is mainly a research on the analysis and comparison of the political ecology of "internal demands and external pressures" of the national basis and the historical burden, social changes and risks, world changes and international challenges, party changes and internal pressures and so forth in the self-construction of the party in power of the socialist countries of our times. It believes that in the aspects of national basis and historical burden, the basis of running and governing of the country and of self-construction of the party in power in the socialist countries of our times such as China, Vietnam, Laos, North Korea and Cuba and so forth all suffer from congenital deficiency, shouldering the heavy historical burden, but the "family property" of the party in power in all the countries are different. In the aspects of social changes and risks faced with, all countries have stepped onto the road of reform and opening-up successively, and have started to varying degrees to transform from the planned economic system to the socialist market economic system and from closed society to open society, social problems and social contradictions having beginning to highlight, even possibly inducing social risks. But since the progress and depth of the reform and opening-up are different in all countries, the conditions of their social contradictions and risks are different, too. The situation which China, Vietnam and Laos are faced with is more severe than that which North Korea and Cuba are faced with, confronted by more risks. In the aspects of party changes and internal pressures, the social classes, party structure and scale, believe in values and the image of the party of the party in power in China, Vietnam and Laos have all experienced greatere changes, the pressure of self-construction of itself being more than the party in power of North Korea and Cuba. In the aspects of world changes and international challenges, under the world situation of the radical social changes in Soviet and East Europe and the rapid development of economic globalization, for the party in power of China, Vietnam, Laos, North Korea and Cuba, life is tough, being faced with severe international challenges, but the circumstances of these countries are different. In the aspects of world changes and international challenges, the international challenges which the party in power of North Korea and Cuba are faced with are more than that which the party in power of China, Vietnam and Laos.Part2The Comparison of the Theoretical Innovation of the Self-Construction of the Party in Power in the Socialist Countries of Our Times. It is mainly the analysis and research on the comparison of the theoretical principles, theoretical knowledge and theoretical innovation in the self-construction of the party in power of the socialist countries of our times. It believes that the Communist Party of China, Vietnam, Laos, North Korea and Cuba have all realized the importance of strengthening the party in power, and have all proposed that the construction of the party should be continually strengthened, but the starting-point of the construction of the party in all the countries are different; the party in power of all countries emphasize that Marxist theory of party construction is a theoretical basis and a guide to action for the self-construction of the party in power, but there is imbalance in the aspects of innovation of indigenization and modernization in the party guidelines of all the countries, the innovative intensity of the Communist Party of China being the biggest while the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party has not proposed any theoretical system of indigenization; the party of all the countries are exploring the socialist development path and pattern, but the level and degree of the socialist theoretical innovation of all the countries are different, and as far as the present situation of the socialist theoretical research and the theoretical system formed by it in China, Vietnam, Laos, North Korea and Cuba are concerned, the theoretical researches in China, Vietnam and North Korea are comparatively strong with its own systematic theory about the relevant major problems in the socialist construction, while the theoretical research of Laos and Cuba are comparatively weak.Part3The Comparison of the Practical Measures of the Self-Construction of the Party in Power in the Socialist Countries of Our Times. It is a comparative research on the concrete measures of the party member’s education of ideal and faith and the study of the party, the party organizational transformation, the party democracy and strict discipline, innovating the party construction at grassroots level and consolidating the basis of ruling, closing the relationship between the party and the masses and implementing the party line of the masses, going-all-out of the fight against corruption and reshape of the image of the party. Its believes that the party in power of the socialist countries of our times in China, Vietnam, Laos, North Korea and Cuba all regard party construction as a systematic never-ending great project, but in the aspect of overall supporting and emphasis, there is difference among the party construction of all the countries, and in general, in the aspect of overall supporting, the Communist Party of China, the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party have done comparatively well, paying attention to the harmonious supporting of the development and innovation of the meaning of the party construction and all its factors, continually exploring the new path of party construction under the new situation from the perspective of the orientation of the nature of the party organization, the expansion of the basis of the class and the society, party construction of the democracy, the party construction of progressiveness and purity, the party construction of the system, the party construction of the style and honesty and uprightness, etc. while the Korean Workers" Party, the Communist Party of Cuba, though emphasizing overall construction of the party, basically remain on the original the ree aspects of the construction of ideology, organization and style. In the aspect of the emphasis of party construction, the Communist Party of China, the Communist Party of Vietnam, the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party put particular emphasis on the improvement of the scientific level of the self-construction and pay close attention to the party construction of progressiveness, the party democracy, the ruling ability, the system, close relationship between the party and the masses and anti-corruption, so the target and modernization of the party construction are strong. However, the Korean Workers’Party and the Communist Party of Cuba pay more attention to the party construction of ideology and politics.Part4The Comment on and Thought about the Self-Construction of the Party in Power in the Socialist Countries of Our Times. It is mainly, based on the comparative analysis of the political ecology, theoretical innovation and practical measures in the self-construction of the party in power in the socialist countries of our times, combing and analyzing the periodic progress and existing problem in the self-construction of the party in power in the socialist countries of our times in combination with experiences and lessons in the self-construction of the socialist countries of our times about the thought on the further improvement of the scientific level of the self-construction of the party in power.
