Traditional higher education management model in the process of the development of higher education has played a major role, however, in economy, society, science and culture has been rapid development of informationization of post-industrial era, it has become obstacles to the development of higher education and higher education management of the resistance, the transformation management paradigm has been urgent. Higher education management theory researchers hope broken from the management thought, to find the right management paradigm of higher education management. But all kinds of management thought since the produce is in the midst of contradictory and conflict situation, its root lies in their perception of the essence of man’s one-sidedness, partial result in the theory of human nature in the management of ontology, axiology and methodology may inevitably there are one-sided. To transcend the one-sidedness, realize man’s subjectivity and the object, the unity of rationality and irrationality, embody human beings as the subject in the higher education management, the core position, construct scientific ideas of higher education management system, only depend on the nature of the practice of marxism theory instruction, the overall, comprehensive and dialectical understanding of the essence of man, to overcome the limitations of traditional higher education management thought, avoid onesideness of higher education management behavior. In this sense, will make a full philosophy perspectives of the management paradigm of parsing, for the construction of higher education practice management paradigm has important theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the marxist stand, viewpoint for the practice meaning of human nature theory guidance, starting from the perspective of history and reality check, by historical investigation and logic analysis, comparative analysis and inductive deductive reasoning methods to study the combination of higher education management paradigm shift of philosophical foundation, theory and practice of higher education management paradigm shifts to the necessity of management of higher education practice ontology, theory of human nature, methodology and axiology and so on has carried on the thorough discussion. The full text includes the following five chapters:The first chapter examines the present situation of Chinese higher education management, the present situation of the security administration and pure objective rationality from the higher education goal should prompt the higher education management paradigm transformation become inevitable. Then this article through to the traditional management theory carding and existing pattern analysis of higher education management, this paper discusses the practice of higher education management paradigm to the theory of inevitable and practical requirements.The second chapter to the ontology of marxist "people-oriented" idea as the guidance, analyzes the higher education practice under management paradigm of subject and object of ontology for management activities, put forward the construction of higher education practice management requires the awakening of subject consciousness and the reconstruction of the main body relations. Due to the restriction of the reality of the primary stage of socialism in our country national condition, the "people-oriented" in practice, also can appear a variety of similar to the configuration of the primary stage, so in this paper, the practice of higher education management paradigm that may occur in the management practice different forms are described.The third chapter on the basis of practice of marxism theory of human nature thought, put forward the higher education management to achieve "integrity management","innovation management","social management" goal, must from practice and marxism theory of human nature.Chapter iv with humanistic management as in the higher education management practice to realize the objective of "person’s full scale development" specific means, try to put the "people-oriented" the theory of ideal and humanistic management of management practice, find the practice of higher education management paradigm theory combined with the practical ideal way of higher education management practice.The fifth chapter on the carrier of campus culture, this paper expounds the in higher education management should be fair and harmonious value orientation.Researchers about the research topic of this paper, the existing or eyes staring at the deficiencies of the traditional management thought the human nature basis and a variety of new human nature assumption is put with the scientific theory of marxism practice people disregard, or focus on improvement and reform of higher education management mode, method, seek to achieve "person’s full scale development" of marxist humanistic thought to the ultimate goal, but I did not think the contains the highest goal of the whole marxist practice human essence theory as the theoretical basis of the whole higher education management, of course, this is because the researchers ignored the educational characteristics of the higher education management. In this paper, the research focus both administrative and educational characteristics of higher education management, the introduction of practice of marxism theory of human nature thought of human nature as theoretical basis of system construction, the humanistic management and real marxist ontology of "people-oriented" thought organic union, the higher education management in the real practice of marxism theory of human nature in the horizon, the higher education practice for building management paradigm philosophy thought foundation.
