Based on the learning theory,aiming at the deficiencies and disadvantages of the ideological and political education effectiveness studies,this dissertation tries to expatiate how to improve the ideological and political education effectiveness studies from the perspective of modern learning theory.Learning theory reveals nature and law of the human learning activities,and explains and illustrates the psychological mechanism of learning process,changing in the past,from the angle of educators,to examine the thinking in the teaching of ideological and political education.In the perspective of learning theory to explore the effectiveness of the ideological and political education,in essence to discussing the learning psychology of ideological The contemporary ideological and political education need to transform education thinking,taking the educate as the main body,implementing human-orient.Due to historical reasons and real life combination of a variety of factors,the ideological and political education paradigm forms close-ended,knowledge-based,dogmatism,idealization,and pan-politics as education mode.This dissertation holds that there is a phenomenon that marginalized,exteralization,inefficiency of the past ideological and political education,so the ideological and political education is an urgent need to turn characterized by openness,subjectivity,affective,vitality,and using the characteristics and law of educatees learning psychology to improve the ideological and political education effectiveness studies.As a kind of education activity of ideological and political education should follow the rules of educatee's learning psychology,to make education works.Learning theory provides a new angle of view for the ideological and political work,the three major learning theories aspects reflect their impact on the ideological and political education.Behavioral learning theory as the external control system,through the external environment stimulation or teaching means to control and regulate the behavior of the educates;Cognitive learning theory as the internal control system,the impact of educatees to the ideological and political theory knowledge to become and what factors affect the internal cognitive process of educatees,formed the ideological and political cognitive structure;as a value system,humanistic learning theory promotes the educatees to put their emotion into the whole learning process and identify the value of ideological and political education by paying attention to and meet the needs,emotion and value of the educates,so as to influence the effectiveness of the ideological and political education.Ideological and political education should be supported on the theory of the theory of learning,Apply the basic theory of learning theory to the ideological and political education,find the scientific approaches and methods to achieve the effect at present for ideological and political education.It is beneficial to promote the educators make effective education activities,improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education,reduce unnecessary errors in the process of ideological and political education,promote the educatee the ideological and political theory knowledge internalizes for own ideological and moral and ethical behavior.This dissertation puts forward the performance and reasons of short of effectiveness of ideological and political education by analyzing the research status of current effectiveness of ideological and political education,find the solution to solve the problem of effectiveness of ideological and political education,discuss the reality and feasibility about combination of learning theory and ideological and political education in the perspective of theory of learning,provide scientific theory reference and effective practice guidance for further promoting the ideological and political education effectiveness.The dissertation includes introduction and main body.The main body includes five parts.The first part:analyze the effectiveness of the current ideological and political education,and the performance and reasons of short of effectiveness of ideological and education.The second part:analyze the theoretical foundation for modern learning theory,mainly including the background of the formation,the origin,development and education of modern learning theory.The third part:analyze the feasibility about combination of ideological and political education and modern learning theory,from the learning theory and ideological and political education combined with the logic of the evolution and learning theory and the reality of ideological and political education combined with value two aspects were analyzed.The fourth part:analyze the reality of combination of learning theory and ideological and political education.Behavioral learning theory as the external control system regulates the effectiveness of ideological and political education,cognitive learning theory as the internal control system regulates the effectiveness of ideological and political education,humanistic learning theory as a value system regulates the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Learning theory regulates the effectiveness of ideological and political education from three aspects of cognition,emotion and behavior.The fifth part:put forward the practice strategy to the question of lack of effectiveness of ideological and political education under the theory of learning horizon.The practice strategy include the optimization strategy of the ideological and political education goal,the optimization strategy of the ideological and political education process,the optimization strategy of the ideological and political education method,the optimization strategy of the ideological and political education environment.
