Research On The Dilemma And The Path Exploration Of Animation Talents Training In Universities Of Western China

The output of high quality animation professionals is an urgent need for talents in the society and industry,the prerequisite for the prosperity of cultural and creative industries,and the basic guarantee for the strong soft power of our country.However,at present,the animation professionals in the western colleges and universities are faced with the problems such as the low quality,the lack of quantity,the uneven distribution of the region and the animation industry,and so on.These will become a bottleneck restricting economic and social development.This thesis expands research from "the literature research","the historical perspective","the field investigation and analysis of the problem","the typical case studies" et.al with the method of longitudinal comparative study.It shows the characteristics,status and development trend of animation talents in the Western China Universities under the background of different times;it is presented and can privide enlightenment through the comparison of America,Japan and east China colleges and universities with Western China universities in terms of the idea of talent cultivation,the teaching methods,teachers team construction,advantage resources to play,curriculum constructions,cooperation between the schools and enterprises,training model and path,and so on.At the same time,it also takes a variety of methods,such as literature review and analysis,empirical research,action research method,and so on.This thesis is divided into five chapters:1.The first chapter is the introduction.It mainly expounds the background and problems of the research,research significance,literature review,research ideas and methods.2.The second chapter is the development and characteristics of animation education in western universities.On the basis of the development of animation education in western universities and from the perspective of specialization and identity recognition,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the non-homogeneity of the animation education in the west of China,such as the optimization of the urgent need,the requirements of the complex talents,the coexistence of the internal and external resources,and so on.By tracing its roots and characteristics,it will provide basis for the study and construction of college animation education system in the western development.3.The third chapter is the analysis of the current situation of the animation talents training.By means of the questionnaire survey and the live interview,this paper,objectively,rationally and deeply,analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the development of animation education in western universities including the main problems,the advantages and the difficulties.4.The fourth chapter is about the experience and enlightenment of Chinese and foreign famous universities animation professional training.This chapter has carried on the investigation,the analysis and the summary of the animation professional training idea,the pattern,the school characteristic,the discipline construction,the policy,and so on,in some universities of the United States,Japan and East China.It can be used as a reference and an inspiration for the training of animation professionals in colleges and universities in the west of China.5.The fifth chapter is the theoretical basis and the implementation path of the animation talents training.Based on the western region,this chapter integrates time and region into the animation education.According to the characteristics of the subject and market adaptability,it will boldly reform.The paper puts forward some countermeasures for the cultivation of animation professionals in western China.The theory and methods are used to conduct the practical verification.Through the study on the cultivation of animation talents in the west China universities,it supplements and enriches the research system of the China animation theory,It provides the reference for the state to develop the training program for the animation talents in the western colleges and universities.It is a need of the survival and development of the western animation industry;it embodies the strategy of "strong talent",and "western development campaign";it is an important measure to promote the economic and cultural heritage of the west and the harmonious development of subject construction.
