The Development Of Villager Autonomy System From The Perspective Of Modern State Construction

Villager autonomy originated from the great creation of hundreds of millions of peasants and is an important part of democratic construction in modern China.In Chinese history,the countryside has always been in an irreplaceable position in the state control system.The so-called stability of the country before the stability of the country first,and the stability of the country before the situation of the country.All countries,ancient and modern,Chinese and foreign,must handle the relationship between the state and the countryside.At present,for the villagers' self-government,due to the changes in the actual environment and historical conditions,in the implementation of this system,a series of new situations,new phenomena and new problems have not been expected by the original designers.In this regard,the academic community often analyzes the actual dilemma of this system from the perspective of synchronicity and tries to propose their own solutions.However,villagers' self-governance has evolved from historical tradition,birth,development and evolution to efficiency improvement.It has its own inherent development logic and evolution law,and this logic and law is always inseparable from the influence of the country.Therefore,only by combining diachronic and synchronic nature,macro and micro,both footing out of the village and looking at the village to look at self-government can a deeper and complete understanding be formed.From the perspective of modern state-building theory,villagers' autonomy has undergone a transformation from traditional China's "turning the country into the world" to modern-day "turning the world into the country",and then under the framework of modern state construction,along with"nation-state "And the process of "democracy-state"construction,which gave birth to,emerged and developed.Especially after the reform and opening up,the pace of "democracy-state" construction accelerated.Villagers' self-government began with the initial local exploration and gradually possessed democratic institutional elements such as democratic elections,democratic decision-making,democratic management,and democratic supervision,and formed a unified model National promotion.However,the existence of democratic institutional elements does not mean that it has the corresponding democratic effectiveness.On the contrary,the current villager autonomy is facing the general predicament of insufficient efficiency,and the democratic practice mechanism cannot be adapted to local conditions and constantly innovated.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the relationship between democratic institutional elements and democratic practical mechanisms,explore new models,new methods,and new paths in terms of autonomous units,autonomous carriers,and forms of autonomy,and find out what makes institutional elements truly take root.Methods and mechanisms for effective implementation.
