progress of human society.General Secretary Xi Jinping has always stressed that the ideal and belief are the "calcium" of the spirit and the "general switch" of the world outlook,outlook on life,and values,and that it is necessary to take the determination of ideals and beliefs as the primary task of the Party's ideological construction.Young scientific and technological talents are young people with high knowledge and high skills.They are in the most creative period,and they are the new force of scientific and technological innovation,especially in the historical background of the diversity of social interest structure and social trend of thought.Under the circumstances that enterprises become the main body of innovation and the transformation and development of state-owned enterprises enter the period of historical opportunity,how to stimulate the great ambition of young scientific and technological talents of state-owned enterprises to serve the country with science and technology is a very important and urgent problem to encourage young scientific and technological talents of state-owned enterprises to promote the realization of "Chinese Dream" with the strength of scientific and technological innovation in the construction of innovative country and the contemporary ideological and political education.Through the investigation and research on the present situation of the education of ideals and beliefs of young scientific and technological talents in state-owned enterprises,this paper finds out the existing problems and deficiencies,and fully summarizes and learns the theoretical research results and practical experiences of the education of ideals and beliefs.This paper attempts to explore the principles,contents,methods,carriers,approaches and mechanisms of
