Objectives: The purpose of this studys is to establish a database of Beijing youth ice hockey sports injuries through a sports injury questionnaire and risk factor tests for all age groups of the Beijing Youth Ice Hockey Association.Athletes were investigated for injury and injury-related risk factors, and risk assessment tests were conducted to study the risk assessment system for ice hockey. The junior ice hockey amateurs will undergo risk assessment tests for the next season's training and competitions. They will fully attach importance to sports protection and preventive rehabilitation training. They hope to analyze and formulate scientifically accurate injury risk assessment methods through risk assessment tests, services and follow-up.Methods: This study was conducted through literature review, questionnaire survey and experimental method testing.40 Beijing adolescents who ice hockey amateurs were surveyed and tested. After 9 months of testing and intervention throughout the entire experiment, they were functional. The intensive training included static traction of training finishing activities, balance exercises of the lower limbs, proprioceptive exercises, explosive exercises, endurance exercises, and functional bridge exercises and was statistically processed with the data.Results:(1)According to the distribution of injury: 45% of athlete's foot injuries,37.5% of thigh injuries,32.5% of upper limb injuries,30% of calf injuries,27.5% of knee injuries, and 17.5% of trunk injuries.(2)The causes of injury are: lack of preparation activities accounted for 55%,physical fatigue accounted for 45%,and basic physical quality accounted for 40%.(3)The average FMS score before the experiment was 13.46,and the average FMS score after the experiment was 14.37.3.The standing long jump index increased from 178 cm to 189.48 cm,the 10mx3 return running index increased from 8.26 seconds to 7.93 seconds, and the 30 m run The indicator has increased from 5.56 seconds to 5.47 seconds, the 400-meter index has increased from 77.97 seconds to 77.24 seconds, and the 25-meter rewinding run + straight return has increased from 10.6 seconds to 10.39 seconds.Conclusion:(1)Adolescents of youth ice hockey amateurs suffered from injury due to lack of preparation activities, physical fatigue, insufficient basic physical quality, malicious fouls, and rough movements.(2)When the sports injuries of youth ice hockey amateurs occur, the treatment in the acute phase is not reasonable.(3)After the sports injury to the amateurs of the Youth Hockey Amateur, there is not enough emphasis on rehabilitation training.(4)FMS <14 points to a certain extent can predict the risk of acute injury to young ice hockey amateurs.(5)Intensive training programs can reduce the incidence of youth ice hockey amateurs injury, can enhance the physical fitness of young ice hockey amateurs.
