Research On Influence Of Labor Market Segmentation On The Flow Of New Generation Migrant Workers

Since the reform and opening up,China's rapid economic and social development is inseparable from the support of labor supply.Due to institutional and institutional reasons,there is a special mobile group and migrant workers in China's labor market.With the intergenerational change,the older generation of migrant workers gradually withdrew from the labor market,and the number of new generation of migrant workers has expanded year by year.By 2017,it has accounted for more than half of the migrant workers in China.However,the division of labor market in China has made the development of the new generation of migrant workers difficult,and it is difficult to share the economic development achievements of the economy,education,social security and other cities.Therefore,defusing the labor market segmentation hinders the flow of new generation migrant workers,and can promote the rational allocation of China's increasingly scarce labor resources.Based on the construction and reform of China's labor market,this study systematically studies the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers and the basic situation of employment in the new stage.At the same time,the reasons for the division of labor market in our country are complicated and complex.This paper proposes the institutional obstacles,regional mobility obstacles and the prominent difficulties faced by the new generation of migrant workers in the form of urban and rural,regional and occupational divisions.And the logit model is constructed to empirically analyze the factors affecting the mobility of migrant workers.The research results show that the household registration system,human capital factors,occupational types and social support have significant influence on migrant workers' mobility.Combining the background of China's social development with the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers' mobile employment,this paper proposes the current feasible and feasible suggestions for the next stage,including improving the labor market and building a public service platform for migrant workers;steadily promoting the reform of the household registration system and promoting urban-rural convergence.Improve the social security system,enhance the mobility and hierarchy of social insurance;and optimize rural basic education and develop vocational education.
