Discriminations in labor market generally exist not only in developed countries but also in developing countries. Existence of discriminations in labor market shows that it violates the principle of opportunity equity, destroys social equity and decreases economic efficiency. Meanwhile it lead to employment difficulties of the discriminated, seriously affects their life quantity and selves-development, which make them become a vulnerable group. Obviously, it absolutely turns away from harmonious society construction.With the continuous development of Chinese economy, employment scope of people is also increasingly extensive, discrimination phenomenon in labor market gradually clear, many scholars focus on it with each passing day.
