The core competitiveness of universities is the key to the survival and development of higher education,and it is also a hot issue in the research and practice of higher education.In view of the limitations and one-sidedness of the existing theory of elements,functions,processes and results in the theory of core competitiveness of universities,this study suggests:The core competitiveness of a university is essentially a system,or a systematic and integrated capability.The core competence system of university has a specific structure and mechanism.From the theory of "intermediary " and "human-oriented" theory viewpoint and methodology,the university core competitiveness,is guided by people-oriented concept,through the curriculum and subject intermediary and systematic transformation mechanism of institutional design,teacher development will be five big cultural resources into students' quality and academic contribution to the final results of systematic integration capability.Its essence is the ability of systematization to transform the five cultural resources into the final result of students' quality and academic contribution.This specific is a “fourin-one” systematic structure of "quality marks + intermediary + teacher development mechanism + resource base",specific "teacher development mechanism" is the construction mechanism of five cultural resources based on "person-teacher development ",to build a complete structure of "university core competitiveness" pyramid "model" and "university" rocket "core competence structure model".University core competitiveness as a man-made complex system,its essence is neither one or several elements and its function,also is not a process or results,these are a kind of "locality" or "non-core " ability,only to grasp from the unique structure of system and mechanism.Suggesting limitations and one-sidedness in theory of university core competitiveness,such as factors theory,function theory,process theory,and results theory.thus proving the rationality of the model based on "intermediary structure and theory of teacher development mechanism".University core competitiveness has three connotation,one is the idea-people oriented,the second is system-curriculum and subject intermediary design,three is to conduct or mechanism-construction of cultural resources based people-teacher development oriented.The key to its connotation is the design and construction of course and subject intermediary.It can be seen from the key link of the system design that this definition is completely consistent with the final stage of the three development stages of the research on the core competitiveness of universities--the "organizational institutionalization stage".The so-called mediation theory refers to the theory of the intermediate link of the static structure of the system or the intermediate process of the dynamic operation of the system.According to this definition,the mediation theory is subordinate to the system theory of bertelenfeld.The theory of mediation originates from the dialectic theory of Marx and Hegel.In essence,the method of mediation and the thinking of mediation is a dialectical method and thinking.Mediation theory has rich connotations: from the perspective of system,mediation is at the intermediate level of two logically "adjacent" systems,and it is the link connecting the two systems.From the point of view of the contradiction of dialectics,the intermediary is the intermediate link of the contradiction.From the perspective of sports development,mediation is the "process" and "transitional" process of sports development,which connects the beginning and end of the development process of sports and the causes and results of the development process of logic of things,thus forming a complete structural system,development context and logical chain.Based on the theory of the intermediary theory,this study from the university of the main two of the core competence and logo-"students quality and academic contribution",inverse certificate or pour out two big support intermediary-"course construction system intermediary and subject construction system intermediary";By this two big intermediary inverse certificate or retracing the teacher is the main body of the construction,support the key points and the first resources,and the critical point from the teacher,resource intersection inverse certificate,backward or connected to the "teachers' professional development-for this" five cultural resource construction,so as to build a "quality marks + intermediary + teacher development mechanism + resource base" of the "intermediary" type structure,and illustrates the "based on person,teacher development five cultural resources" mechanism."Student quality" is one of the important signs of the core competitiveness of university.Personnel training is the most basic function of a university,and curriculum system construction is an important intermediary to directly support the quality of students.The comprehensive development of students cannot be separated from the good design of the course system of "general education education + major education".This study for university general education course system design,constructed the “Four Domains and four Dimensions” space structure cone model of general education curriculum system" and “Four Domains and four Dimensions” general education curriculum system logic structure matrix model".“Four Domains and four Dimensions”course system design and the structure model,based on the Marx's "life world" and "comprehensive development" theory and the direction,is beyond to the general education of western mainstream "core curriculum" framework model and based on the theory of "field" dimensions.For modern students "we study" and “Four Domains”the reality of the needs,integration of the "general education and professional education" curriculum system,from the "ontology,epistemology,theory of practice,theory of value","four dimensions" of different dimensions and level,to cultivate students thought,mind,feelings,and boundary on "true goodness benevolence beauty",pointing to Marx's "life ideal" and "education ideal" of “full scale development",In order to educaion objective of "comprehensive development of human beings" alternative the education objective of "good citizens" established by western integration,so that's a kind of effort and trying to break the dilemma of western liberal education and build modern general education curriculum systems."Academic contribution" is an important symbol of the core competitiveness of universities.Scientific research is the second function of a university,and discipline system construction is an important intermediary to directly support academic contributions.Construction of the discipline system is a multi-factor complex system,with the school faculty "vertical three hierarchical nesting structure" and the natural sciences,social sciences,the humanities,philosophy,education science five classes "horizontal ecological pyramid structure".School faculty "vertical three hierarchical nesting structure" of the micro system level as the secondary discipline with single discipline system construction,medium grade hospital for level 1 subject and system construction,besides macro field for multiple disciplines and interdisciplinary system.From the micro level to the macro level,discipline construction at all levels has different construction elements and is in an organic relationship with each other.This study to construct the natural science,social science,humanities and science,Philosophy,Education science five classes "college-at five disciplines horizontal ecological pyramid structure model",in the natural sciences,social sciences,the humanities three constitute the basic background of human subjects,Philosophy is based on the above three subjects of "metaphysics",is the pyramid in the discipline structure system of vertices,Education & P * E(Pedagogy,Education)is a Philosophy of P(point)in the natural,social and cultural disciplines on the underside of "map" and "projection",It is also the focus and link of the discipline pyramid structure,showing the "internal" and irreplaceable important position and role of education science in the static structure and dynamic process of human civilization.Resources are the foundation of curriculum system and discipline system as well as the core competitiveness of university.As resources cannot be automatically converted to the core competitiveness,and need to curriculum and subject two big intermediary for mediation,resources can't automatically translate into course and the construction of subject system effective power,and the need to "teacher development" as the mediation mechanism and key points,because the teacher is the main part of the curriculum and subject system development,support and "initiative" resources.University is a cultural organization.University culture and resources are two sides of the same coin.According to the cultural level and nature,resources can be classified into five cultural resources: spirit,system,behavior,ecology and material.Five cultural resources to people-the development of the teachers,to rely on the teacher development mediation mechanism and key points into curriculum and the effectiveness of the construction of subject system intermediary,strongly promote two big intermediary construction,and further promote the student quality and the improvement of academic contribution.Through constructing "quality marks + intermediary + teacher development mechanism + resource base" of the "four-in-one" university core competitiveness system structure,and through "based on person,teacher development five cultural resources" link and transformation mechanism,this study of basic theory,the theory of mediation and intermediary and give full play to the guiding role of effective implementation,so that the argument is more solid theoretical foundation;By utilizing the method of inverse certificate or backward,from the two hallmarks of the university core competitiveness,it launched two major intermediary,retracing teacher development mechanism,and pour out the five cultural resource construction,thus make more clear and complete framework,logic reasoning clearer.Concept and definition from university core competitiveness,and through a series of process and by applying the method of reverse link interlocking,university core competitiveness theory of intermediary and relative complete theoretical system to build the structure of rendering.
