The geological environment is mainly composed of the earth surface rock,soil,groundwater together constitute the environmental system,is the natural environment of the background and natural resources of the existence of the system,but also the survival of human habitat,space and production and living materials required for the source of the carrier.It is the material basis of social and economic developments,and all land use activities occur in the geological environment system.With the rapid industrialization and urbanization caused by the rapid changes in land use,the geological environment deteriorated rapidly,geological disasters and geological problems frequent,exposed for a long time not under the geological environment to carry out land use activities,land use planning geological environment factors lack of vacancy and so on.Therefore,it is helpful to improve the scientific nature,rationality and feasibility of land use planning by systematically considering the relationship between geological environment and land use,and integrating the geological environment influencing factors into land use planning,can from the source to prevent and reduce geological disasters and geological environment problems,to explore the "mine land fusion" to provide theoretical basis and practical basis.Industrialization,urbanization is the only way which must be passed of our social and economic development.In the process of land use reflects the urban land,infrastructure and the rapid expansion of construction land,cultivated land,unused land decreased,woodland,grassland and other ecological land "U" growth.Behind all kinds of land use change,the driving factors include social and economic factors,ecological environment factors and geological environment factors.The three types of factors on the role of land use is not a separate existence,but the interaction and mutual constraints:?the change of social economic development and ecological environment and geological environment are two-way relationship;?the ecological environment and geological environment are part of the natural environment,are the background of economic and social development,the connotation of the two terrain,soil and water and other aspects of overlap and interaction;?the influence of social economic factors on land use is short-term,active,ecological environment factors and geological environment factors have long-term,passive and decisive influence on land use;?The relationship between geological environment and land use is the relationship between natural and natural resources of the earth.The relationship between geological environment and land use is interdependent.Terrain,geology and soil,groundwater and geological disaster are the main factors affecting land use change.Geological environmental factors,urban development,mineral exploitation,infrastructure construction,agricultural farming is the main land use mode that affects the geological environment.From the geological environment,rock and soil,groundwater and geological disasters affect all kinds of land use patterns,and the constraints of topography on mining activities are weak;from the land use change point of view,all kinds of land use on a variety of geological environmental factors have a greater impact.The two-way interaction between land use change and geological environment is obvious,and the mechanism of influence in each interaction is clear.The influence of things is not only bidirectional,but also two sides.The influence of geological environment on land use is also the same.The influencing factors are both positive and negative.The positive and negative factors of geological environment for land use can be summed up into two aspects:geological environment resources and geological environment problems.On the one hand,the geological environment resources as geological environment to provide material support to land use,including mineral resources,groundwater,geothermal resources,geological relics,the effect of mineral and geological relic resources on land use strong,groundwater and geothermal resources influence is weak.On the other hand,geological environmental problems as a hazard to human survival and socioeconomic development,and land use status conflict with the adverse geological effects or phenomena,including the general environment for the land use.Due to the complex problems of geological and environmental resources,land uses are equally diverse,different land use suitability,geological environment evaluation system must be different.In view of the current land use planning,land use,land use,urban land use and mining land are mainly regulated,according to the site condition and the traditional suitability evaluation index of each land use,the suitability geological environment evaluation index system of cultivated land,urban land and mining land was established respectively:?the evaluation index system of cultivated land suitability geological environment includes 5 kinds of 16 indexes:topography,soil,hydrology,geological hazard and geological environment;?the evaluation index system of urban land suitability geological environment includes topography,engineering geology,hydrogeology,geological disaster,geological environment problems,geological environment resources,6 kinds of 22 evaluation indexes;?mining areas include 9 categories of resources,safety,environmental protection,3 categories of evaluation indicators.According to the evaluation indexes,the evaluation criteria of 4 suitability are suitable for the appropriate,suitable and unfavorable,and unsuitable.In the selection of evaluation methods,the material geometric environment evaluation model is constructed by using matter-element analysis method,so that the quantitative value of each evaluation index is directly related to the suitability level.The objective and comprehensive weighting method combined with AHP and entropy method is used to more accurately reflect the relative influence of different geological environment factors on land use.Based on the matter-element evaluation model,the Xuzhou Urban Geological Survey Area is used as the research area to carry on the empirical research,uses the grid method to divide the appraisal unit,and then deternines the material element and its classical domain and the domain,The evaluation results show that:?the cultivated land in the study area is generally higher,but Tongshan District and the town of Jiawang especially Dadongshan are poor;?the urban land use in the study area is generally high,but in the western and southeastern part of Quanshan,and the local area of Tongshan area is very poor;?in the study area,the suitable polarization of the mining area is suitable,and the range of suitable and unsuitable is large.The area is very poor in the southeastern part of the Gulou area,the southern part of the Yunlong area,the northern and southeastern part of the Tongshan area and the southern Jiawang area.The empirical results show that,under the condition of complete geological data,it is feasible to study the geologic environment assessment method of land suitability,which can reflect the influence of regional geological environment on land use and the appropriate degree of land use scientifically and objectively and accurately.Based on the results of the assessment of the geology and environmental assessment of land use,the land use zoning and construction land control division of the existing land use planning follow the existing county planning zoning rules,highlight the geological environment constraints,implement the binding indicators,cultivated land and ecology priority,for the basic farmland protection area,the general agricultural areas,allowing the construction area,to explore the universal significance of the land use planning layout optimization program:?for the basic farmland protection area,the suitable land for the evaluation of the suitable geological conditions of cultivated land is not suitable for non-cultivated land,and it is less suitable to adjust the cultivated land in the general agricultural area;?for the general agricultural area,the suitable land for the evaluation of the suitable geological conditions of the cultivated land is not suitable for the non-cultivated land,and it is appropriate to adjust the basic farmland protection area and ensure the balance of the area of the basic farmland protection area within the township;?in the case of urban and rural areas where the construction area is allowed to be used,the results of the evaluation of the suitable geological environment of urban land use are inappropriate.According to the suitability of cultivated land,the cultivated land in the general agricultural area is preliminarily adjusted,and then the forest land or other ecology;?for the mining area in the mining area,the results of the assessment of the suitable geological environment of the mining land are not suitable.According to their location and cultivated land and urban land suitability,it is suitable for the existing urban and rural construction area and the urban land high priority to adjust the urban and rural areas for the construction of other cultivated land to adapt to the high agricultural land in the general agricultural areas,or adjusted to forest or other ecological purposes;?for the basic farmland protection area,the farmland transferred in the general agricultural area cannot be supplemented from the non-cultivated land in the general agricultural area if it cannot be replenished from the allowed construction area,and the farmland area is allowed to be balanced;?for construction sites that are allowed to be redeployed in the construction area,it is supplemented from the conditional construction area,and if it cannot be balanced,it is supplemented from the general agricultural area where the urban and rural construction area is suitable and the urban land is suitable to ensure that the township to allow the construction area within the area to increase or decrease the balance.Using this optimization method,Xuzhou Urban Geological Survey Area is used as the research area to carry on the empirical research,obtains the optimization plan:The area of the basic farmland protected area of the study area was adjusted to 2431.69 hectares,and the area remained unchanged.In the general agricultural area,2691.38 hectares were transferred and transferred to 2623.64 hectares.The area decreased by-67.74 hectares;Allow the construction area to adjust 248.03 hectares,the area remains unchanged,but the mining area to reduce 215.81 hectares,urban and rural construction area increased by 215.81 hectares;Forestry area increased by 67.34 hectares,0.40 hectares adjusted to waters and other areas.The results of empirical study show that the land use layout optimization method based on geological environment can make the current land use planning layout more scientific,reasonable and economical by adjusting the local land use under the premise of ensuring the current land use planning index unchanged is the "mine fusion"theoretical practice of useful exploration.
