Research On The Northern Bureau Of The CPC Central Committee (1935-1945)

The Northern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee was established in December 1924.It is a command center for the Communist Party of China to lead the work in the northern regions.It was the earliest establishment of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the longest-spanning organization during the period of the New Democratic Revolution(across the Great Revolution,the Agrarian Revolution,and the War of Resistance Against Japan).It played a role in the strategy of "consolidating North China and developing Central China" during the period of strategic stalemate.It played an important role and provided strong support for people and property for the strategic policy of "developing north and defending south" during the war of liberation,and made outstanding contributions to the victory of the Anti-Japanese War and the birth of a new China.This article focuses on the Northern Bureau's most brilliant period,the Anti-Japanese War period,and reviews and studies its historical evolution,united front work,organizational work,military struggle,and popular salvation movement.According to the research content,this article is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the history of the Northern Bureau of the CPC Central Committee.The first part mainly introduces the establishment of the Northern Bureau before the July 7th Incident,including the historical background,the decision at that time,and the reasons for its general revocation.The second part introduces the historical process,main organizations and historical missions of the Northern Bureau during the Anti-Japanese War.The second chapter is the anti-Japanese national united front work of the Northern Bureau.The first part introduces the united front work of the Northern Bureau from the Zunyi Conference to the July 7th Incident,highlighting the turning point of the united front work in North China under the guidance of the Party Central Committee and the Northern Bureau;the second part mainly introduces the anti-Japanese national united front of the Northern Bureau.The third part mainly introduces the united front work of the Northern Bureau from the strategic stalemate to the strategic counter-offensive stage.The third chapter is the organization of the Northern Bureau.The first part focuses on the restoration and development of the Party's organization;the second part,in order to adapt to the situation of the Anti-Japanese War,vigorously develop party members,reflect on and correct during the development process,consolidate and rectify the Party organization,and the organizational form of the Northern Bureau;the third part introduces the Anti-Japanese War The party building work during this period ended with the party's unified leadership and rectification movement.The fourth chapter is the military struggle of the Northern Bureau.The first part introduces the guerrilla warfare and the construction process of the anti-Japanese base areas;the second part introduces the Northern Bureau's implementation of the Sixth Plenum of the Sixth Plenary Session of the "Consolidation of North China" strategy,the game process between the Kuomintang and Japan,and the establishment of the people's war system.The fifth chapter is the mass salvation work of the Northern Bureau.The first part introduces the propaganda and mobilization work before the July 7th Incident,and uses the "One Twenty-nine" Movement as the main carrier to explain how the party-led propaganda and mobilization and the anti-Japanese rescue work were carried out.The second part describes how the Northern Bureau promotes the Organize the masses;the third part introduces the anti-Japanese war mobilization work,including the leadership system,mass movements,and the stimulation of the strength of all ethnic groups.
