To achieve the goal of building a well-off society in 2020,the Chinese government, while working hard to promote poverty alleviation, emphasizes “encouraging and supporting social organizations to participate in poverty alleviation and development” and raises the participation of social forces in poverty alleviation to the height of national strategy. The importance of non-profit organizations as social forces in poverty alleviation has become increasingly prominent.Although China's non-profit organizations have achieved remarkable results in participating in social poverty alleviation in recent years, compared with the non-profit organizations in other fields of public welfare, they have not been valued enough by society.Research on poverty alleviation related to non-profit organizations stays at the stage of theoretical analysis and mechanism construction.Empirical analysis needs to be further deepened. To this end, this study takes the background of non-profit organizations participating in social poverty alleviation, based on the theory of resource orchestration, constructs a process framework of “resource extraction-resource integration-resource transmission,” and organizes non-profit organization resource orchestration strategies in all stages of poverty alleviation. In the stage of resource extraction, this study explored the methods and mobilization effects of the resource extraction of non-profit organizations.Based on the Integrated Technology Acceptance Model(UTAUT),this study firstly constructed a theoretical model regarding the impact factors on participants' participation intention and value co-creation behavior. Then, the study collected data by a large-scale questionnaire survey. Finally, the study tested and analyzed the hypothesizes through the structural equation model. The research results proved that performance expectancy and effort expectancy had a significant positive impact on participation intention.Participation intention and facilitating conditions have a positive effect on participants' value co-creation behavior.Trust in the Internet charity platform and Interactivity of the Internet charity platform played the moderating role.Compared with low level of trust, the high level of trust of the platform can promote the impact of performance expectancy and effort expectancy on participants' participation intention. While compared with a low level of interactivity, the high level of interactivity of Internet charity platforms promoted participants' value co-creation behaviors. In the stage of resource integration, this study explored the methods and strategies for integrating non-profit organizations' poverty alleviation resources. The study suggested that united fundraising of public fundraisers and non-public fundraisers is an active channel for resource integration between the two parties. In the context of united fundraising, the behavior strategy between public and non-public fundraisers offering organizations could be considered as a "power-dependent" interaction and gaming between the two parties around the "qualification in public fundraising" resource. To this end, this study used the evolutionary game method to construct a dynamic game model of the two parties in the two phases of united fundraising and simulated the game process of both parties with Matlab. The results of the first-stage model analysis showed that when the benefits of the united fundraising of both parties are higher than the sum of the costs brought by the united fundraising and the initial investment costs, both parties may choose the united fundraising strategy. The results of the second stage model analysis showed that in addition to the benefits brought about by the active strategy, the risk cost of the passive strategy was also a key factor for both parties to consider. When the public organization felt a higher the penalty risk caused by the negative strategy, the more it tended to choose the active strategy.Similarly, when the non-public organization felt the higher the penalty risk caused by the negative strategy,it tended to choose the active strategy Strategy. In the stage of resource transferation, this study explored the path of non-profit organizations' poverty alleviation resources transfer and value realization.Promoting the pro-social behavior of recipients could be considered as the indirect social value created by non-profit organizations participating in poverty alleviation.Based on the perspective of social psychology, this study explored the impact of poverty alleviation by non-profit organizations on the prosocial behavior of the recipients and explained the process from the perspective of fairness perception and social support perception.Structural equation models and multiple regression methods verify the assumptions of theoretical models. The empirical results firstly tested the positive effect of the precision of the non-profit organization's poverty alleviation on the prosocial behavior of the recipients. Then, the study examined the dual intermediary model of fair perception and social support perception. This research takes "resource extraction-resource integration-resource transfer" as the research framework.Further,it explores the value creation mechanism of non-profit organizations in various stages of social poverty alleviation, from the angles of participants,non-profit organizations, and the beneficiaries. This study deepened the understanding of the value of non-profit organizations participating in poverty alleviation, enriched the research of non-profit organizations in the field of poverty alleviation, supplemented the related research on the value creation mechanism of non-profit organizations, and provided a new perspective for the evaluation of non-profit organizations in poverty alleviation.
