Value Creation,Sharing And Evaluation Of Business Model Innovation

The value of business model innovation is not only the embodiment of value creation,but also the transmission and sharing of value.The success of business model innovation due to the reasonable value sharing.Most business model evaluation literatures do not analyze the value creation and sharing mechanism of business model in depth,and regard the business model as a "black box" for evaluation.Therefore,It is meaningful to make a research on the value creation,sharing and evaluation of business model innovation.The value of business model innovation is put forward based on the mesoscopic business model theory in this dissertation,and the value creation of business model innovation and the measurement of the added value of the main enterprise,other stakeholders and business model innovation are analyzed based on the value net theory.Considering the size of the contribution of the main enterprise and stakeholders to business model innovation,using the Shapley value method the value sharing of business model innovation and the added value after innovation are calculated,and the reasonable conditions of value sharing are got.The research on the value creation and sharing of business model innovation is the theoretical basis of value evaluation.According to different types of business models,the static and dynamic value evaluation method are put forward in this dissertation.Through the analysis of the relationship between the change of the core interface elements and the value of the inflow and outflow,the static value evaluation method is used to calculate the added value of the main enterprise,other stakeholders and business model innovation.The static value evaluation method is suitable for the value evaluation of the module business model innovation.The dynamic value evaluation method uses the system dynamics method to study the interaction and influence between the core interface elements of business model innovation,and how value is created dynamically in complex network relationships.The dynamic value evaluation method is suitable for the value evaluation of the structural or radical business model innovation.The static and dynamic value evaluation methods of business model innovation are applied to practical examples——trade and logistics city business model innovation.The results of different business models innovation value creation are compared through calculation and simulation,and a business model that is more suitable for the development of trade and logistics city is choosed.The validity of the value evaluation methods of business model innovation is verified.The results of research show that the analysis of the value creation and sharing mechanism of business model in depth is the basis of value evaluation.The stakeholders who do not directly contribute to the business model innovation should also share the value of innovation.However,based on the results of different innovations,the objects of value sharing are different.Only reasonable value sharing can promote the joint efforts of all participants in the innovation value net to realize the value of business model innovation.These two value evaluation methods are practical and operable,and can provide decision support for the practical problems of the value evaluation of business model innovation.
