Research On Cultivation And Optimization Of College Students’ Employment Value In The New Era

At present,China has started a new journey of building a socialist modernized country in an all-round way.College students are valuable human resources.For college students in the new era,their career development process is completely consistent with the realization of the goal of the second century.They are the receivers,constructors and witnesses of building a socialist modern country and realizing the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is an important theoretical and practical proposition of ideological and political education in the new era to guide college students to set up the outlook on job selection,employment and occupation,keeping pace with the times and sharing the common destiny with the people,and to realize the unity of the ego of self-worth and the ego of serving the country and the people.The cultivation of college students’ employment value is an important part of ideological and political education in college.And it has always cosnidered the needs of our country as the fundamental orientation,the value guidance as the core task,the theme of the times as main contents,and the employment education as basic principle,which has played an important role in educating and guiding college students to establish a correct employment valuet.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which puts forward new requirements for the cultivation of college students’ employment value.It has become an important task for the cultivation of college students’ employment value in the new era to cultivate an employment value that matches the college students in the era of national rejuvenation.The survey shows that there is still a gap between college students’ employment value and the requirements of the new era,which is mainly reflected in the increase of the blind pursuit of working in the state system,the imbalance between the ego of self-worth and the ego of serving the country and the people as well as slow employment and lazy employment.In the face of the new situation and new requirements,the cultivation of college students’ employment value in the new era should be based on the situation and develop along the trend.The cultivation of college students’ employment value in the new era should be guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to optimize the cultivation of college students’ employment value.This paper takes the cultivation and optimization of college students’ employment value in the new era as the theme,applies the Marxist value in the new era.According to the meaning of the employment value of college students in the new era,this paper investigates the current situation of the employment value of college students in the new era from the aspects of cultivation content,cultivation method,cultivation carrier,cultivation team and training effect,deeply analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of the employment value of college students in the new era,and sets a realistic starting point for the cultivation and optimization of the employment value of college students in the new era.Focusing on the
