Copper ammonia fiber has good hygroscopicity, antistatic, characteristics of good drape, so more and more people’s attention and welcome. But the high price of copper ammonia fiber, heat resistance and poor strength, currently on the market is more and more production of copper ammonia fiber and other blended fibers of the yarn and copper products. Ammonia blended knitted sweater fabric to make pure copper ammonia fiber fabric is more perfect, and bamboo fiber, flax fiber, viscose fiber blended, in reducing the cost of production performance and new features, to make a better application in the development of garment fabrics. Therefore, we on the copper ammonia blended knitted fabric research and development it is of extraordinary significance.This paper put the research on the development and application of copper ammonia fiber knitted sweater fabric, to meet the growing demand for the material. In order to study the basic properties of copper ammonia fiber and other fiber ply yarn as a starting point, system testing and analysis of copper ammonia fiber and ply yarn appearance structure and mechanical properties. In the process of evaluation of yarn the quality mainly by the strength of the yarn.twist, hairiness and evenness index as a reference, were tested and analyzed. In order to improve the wear resistance of copper ammonia fabric, wrinkle resistance and strength of the defects and shortcomings of the subject in the selection of raw materials for copper ammonia fiber and fineness of 17tex are 13tex The optical fiber, no optical fiber, bamboo fiber, Shengma fiber blended yarn plied the strands, then after stranding wire again its partnership, and finally get the fineness of 60tex, twist to the Z twist machine can weave strands.Based on the analysis of performance test of ply yarn copper ammonia fiber and blended on the design of knitted rib 1+1 and two kinds of organization structure and the completion of the eight types of fabric woven in the Dragon Star LXC-252SCV type computer knitting machine.
