Functional fabric research and product development of knitted underwear fabric has becomea hot area of knitted garments. Bamboo-carbon viscose ifber include the comfort andenvironmental protection of cellulose ifbers,and has adsorption odor,bacteria antibacterial,infrared emission, release of negative oxygen ions, regulate temperature and humidity and otherfunctions. Research the comfort and functionality of bamboo knitted underwear fabric andcomprehensive evaluation of its performance, taking better functional parameters of knittedunderwear fabric products. Then provide product design and production guidance for enetrprises.This article based on bamboo-carbon viscose/cotton blended yarn to determine the studyindicators of functional bamboo knitted underwear fabrics include4indicators of class2,13indicators of class3,speciifcally: heat and moisture comfort, including thermal insulation,moisture absorption, moisture conductivity, permeability; physical properties, including tensileresilience,bursting strength, abrasion resistance; appearance performance, including anti-pilling,anti-static, rigid flexible; functional performance, including UV resistance, negative ion emissionrate, antibacterial antibacterial properties; orthogonal experiments, analysis the fabric wearabilityaffect of the functional bamboo knitted underwear fabric about interwoven proportion,organizational structure, the coil unit length.By visual analysis and variance analysis of orthogonal experimental, univariate analysis ofbamboo-carbon knitted underwear fabric wearability found that: The proportion of the fabricwoven at thermal insulation, moisture absorption, moisture conductivity, bursting strength,abrasion resistance, anti-static, UV resistance, negative ion emissivity, antibacterial propertiesand other nine indicators have a signiifcant impact; Except bursting strength and abrasionresistance, the other7indicators is getting better with the rising proportion of bamboo-carbonviscose ifber. Bamboo-carbon yarn has good functionality and hot-wet comfort; Organizationalstructure on moisture absorption,tensile resilience,bursting strength, abrasion resistance,anti-static, negative ion emission rate and other6indicators have a signiifcant effect; Coil lengthon the performance of experimental sample taking was not signiifcant, but there are also someimportance.Research introducing new methods for apparel wearability comprehensive analysis-fuzzymatter element analysis, and use it evaluating integrated wearability on all fabric,and obtainedthese conclusion: With content of bamboo-carbon viscose ifber increasing in the fabric, the heatand moisture comfort, physical and mechanical properties, functionality and integratedwearability show an increasing trend; Bamboo-carbon viscose/cotton blended yarn has goodwearability, and is an excellent lingerie fabrics. Hot and wet comfort, physical and mechanicalproperties, functional performance of fabric15#, in the test sample, is optimal, but itsappearance performance can be the worst, and its weaving parameters: The veil is bamboocharcoal yarn, organized as2+1false rib,and coil length is1.2mm; Appearance performance offabric1#is optimal, and its weaving parameter: The veil is cotton, plain weave weftorganization, the coil length is0.9mm; Comprehensive wearability performance of fabric11#isoptimal, the weaving parameter: The veil is bamboo yarn/cotton ratio of50/50,organized as2+1false rib,the coil length is0.9mm. Comprehensive wearability performance of fabric1#is theworst fabric.In the product design of enterprises, product design in bamboo-carbon underwear andpremeditate performance indicators are based on actual needs. Selecting the appropriate reference content, and designing products, all of the conclusion can provide guidance for theactual production.
