Research On Modern Shipbuilding Production Management Based On SPAR System Application

With the development of shipbuilding, informationization takes more and more significant place in modern shipyard developing tactic in China. Nowadays, what should shipbuilding industry focus on is how to solve the construction problem of shipbuilding informationization effectively. SPAR system is a digital production management system for planning, estimating, manpower management, material management and subcontractor management, which has 30 years'experience on shipyard production management, it has influenced the modern shipbuilding production management actively, it can be set up a integrated shipbuilding CIMS system by linking with the 3rd-party software.Based on this background, the modern shipbuilding production management, characteristic and working principle of SPAR were researched in this dissertation. The data exchange method between TRIBON and SPAR and the basic frame of SPAR-CIMS system were figured out, and SPAR system was applied finally.Firstly, the present state of shipbuilding industry production management informationization was figured out, and research was done on how to use modern production management principle in shipbuilding industry from modern production management characteristic, principle, type etc.Secondly, working principles of ESTI-MATE, PERT-PAC, MAT-PAC, WORK-PAC and cost risk model were researched. With studying on database characteristic and structure of TRIBON and SPAR, using COM-object method, programming VBA program and exporting interim file, the data can be transported from TRIBON to SPAR.Finally, 30000DWT ship production management model was generated by Work Breakdown Structure method in SPAR system, an integration system about design, production and management was built with a core system of SPAR.
