Study On Reconstruction Programming And Operating Distribution Of Large Port Area Of Dalian Port

While constructing large and deep-water specialized new port area, port of Dalian faces question of old port area facilities aging and leaving unused.Through reconstruction & adjustment, exploitation on old port area's resourse of water area, history & culture is made. Direction of reconstruction adapts to development of international modernization.Under the direction of "full-scale, multifunctional, modern" working stratagem.At the same time with development of traditional work, reconstruction is carried through.By study on history, facilities , trend of shipping development, multifunction of port , united port and city of large port area, the thesis analysed that the reconstruction of old port area was necessary. Surveying & comparing on basic conditions of large port area and related port areas, the author forecasted scale of transport volumn & trend of development(transport volumn of domestic container, bulk cargo-, roll vessel, passenger transport of high speed & routine liner, type of ship's development) by mathematic method.Operating distribution , adjusting programming , regulation of programming area and reconstructing time & function were put forward, steps and ways of exploitation were established.
